Introduction: There are many causes of unemployment problem. They are :Rapid skill, lack of education, false sense of dignity,disliking for manual labour,inequitable distribution of national wealth,growth of population, backwardness in industrialisation, lack of capital and technology, lack of political turmoil of the country, frequent visit of natural disasters like floods,cyclones, droughts etc.
Unemployment youth society:
In today's modern world, in order to keep pace with the times, one has to accept some sacrifices and survive. Looking at today's youth society, it can be seen that most of them are unemployed. Although the world is developing today, the people of the world are developing less, due to the lack of adequate employment. Just as the modern world has made human life beautiful and easy, so has the youth been ruined by selling its bad aspects. Unemployed people are such a burden in the society that no development can be done with them in the society. Rather, the damage is greater. Unemployed youth cannot reach its specified development quota. However, a young man does not become unemployed by chance, most of the reasons are money. The family can not make up for the lack of money due to which thousands of young people are losing their way.Society does not want to take responsibility, the responsibility of the state goes away. The problem of unemployment has reached such a level that it has a huge impact on the economic field in any country. It is often seen that we do not want to do our own work and save it for others or for another day, but if we could do the work on time, it would be very easy for us to move forward. If every young person had avoided this bad aspect, if his intention was to do something in the future, then of course the youth would have taken something forward in the country. But how many people think about the future.Unemployed people feel the evil of not being able to think about the future, a curse of unemployed life. You have to do something for me in this life, be it small or big. In order to move forward, of course, there is no alternative but work. We have to distribute ourselves in the society and prove ourselves in front of the world. Whoever said that you have to go ahead without worrying about it, if you want to free yourself from the curse of unemployment, you have to go to work with a lot of sacrifice. Only then will success take hold. If you want to change Hibon in the palm of your hand, you must make this change, because if you can change, life will change. Achieving one's own success makes the society, the country and one's surroundings beautiful.You are unemployed and no one will take your news, and if you succeed, everyone is ready to applaud. This is the real reality. If you haven't eaten, no one will know whether you have eaten or not. So we have to move forward without listening to the words of others to the pinnacle of far-reaching success where critics will never be able to go. So the goal is to move forward and achieve this world.If you want to do something in life, you have to work hard. We have to learn from the unemployed why I was unemployed for so long, what was my mistake that the future generation will not be allowed to make mistakes. They have to be taught how to survive by working hard in the heart of the world, so that the unemployment rate in the society can be reduced and the social state can be taken forward by development.
An unemployed young man:
Only an unemployed person knows how much of a curse it is to be unemployed. Needless to say, every day people go to work and you sit on a street corner or in front of your house. Only the unemployed person knows how difficult it is. Life has to be arranged.It is very difficult to survive in society when you are unemployed. Society will not give you anything until you can give something to society. Unemployed people have no value in the society, the society keeps in mind that it can do something for the society. So you must do something in the society so that people respect you. No matter how good you are, if you are unemployed, you have no value in the society. We have to live like we are going to survive, so we have to work in a way that we can achieve success and live with dignity by developing the society and ourselves.And if you can't achieve this success, then this life will become worthless. If you are unemployed, then the whole world will say against you, work, earn money, pocket. There will be admission money and everyone will appreciate you. Your family, your friends will all come to benefit you. So for money, you have to make your life colorful by working hard for your family.
Demerits of unemployment : Unemployment is great social evil.It makes a man idle. There is a proved that an idle brain is the workshop of devil. An idle person always indulges in mischief. So unemployment leads men to anti-social activists. Besides, lack of opportunities for employment makes people frustrated to take education. This problem is also responsible for brain- drain.
In order to solve the problem we all should come ahead with patriotic zeal in body.the following measures may prove effective to root out the problem :
1. The first necessary thing for the solution of the problem is the industrialisation of the country. It means that a large number of mills,factories and firms should be set up throughout the country so that the unemployment can work there.
2. Vocational training should be introduced and students should have some training in it.
3. Our students and youths should be made to give up their mania for jobs.they should be encoureged to respect manual labour and choose an independent career.
4. Steps should be made to incrrase our national income to the maximum and distribute it equitably.
5. The government should be honest anf sincere in their plans and policies.
6. Above all, the growth of population should be kept within reasonable limit.
7. The family should hope to show their child the right path. So that he gets the inspiration that will bring success in the future.
8. The society, the various organizations of the society should take care to make arrangements for the future of the unemployed youth.
9. Do any work on your own initiative so that the work has a speed.
10. Everything must be achieved in an honest way so that life can be made beautiful.
Conclusion: Bangladesh is a small country with large population. This country is widely known as a poor country in the world. It isstruggling hard to survive with its hundreds of burning problems. Unemployment problem is one of them.unemployment menans want of any kind of productive work. It has become an acute problem Nowadays. Our government have already taken some effective steps to remove the problem. But the government cannot solve it alone.all the people of the country should be active against spread of great problem.
