Drink alcohol moderately

Strictly no drinking of too much alcohol, don't let that liquid turn you into ashes!

I drank a not too cold water before I write, because it's hot and I needed a fresh start. Maybe it has no taste at all but it was good and relaxing. Unlike drinking alcohol, it only brings illness and discomfort not only to yourself but also to the people around you.

There's always a right time and a right place for us to drink alcohol. Many of us have tried drinking different kinds of product that contains alcohol yet there are only few who knows how to drink it moderately. They say, anything too much is not good and that is applicable to this kind of situation.

Other's perception of alcohol is that it can relieve them from stress, put them to sleep everytime they can't and it is necessary for socializing with everyone. But those who think that way is making their lives in danger, susceptible to diseases and worse it can lead to death. For me, drinking alcohol will never do good to your body especially when you abuse it. Do it occasionaly, don't be pressured by your peers, drink when you feel like it but be responsible enough to handle yourself. Moreover, find a way to release your stress and bad feelings in other way like talking to your friends or family, doing things that you like; no way drinking alcohol can make you feel better, it's just an escape for a moment and your problem is still there when you become sober.

I also drink alcohol sometimes, not a regular drinker but I know how it feels to become drunk. It makes my head turn around like I'm in a circus, sometimes I think I look charming even when I'm not. Funny, lol. All I can say is that, alcohol can affect our mind and our body, it is inevitable since it has different chemicals that can make our organs function abnormally. Also, the risk is very high which can lead to heart attack, cancer, high blood and many other diseases.

As a realization, I am glad I didn't drink alcohol before I write, maybe I became a little dizzy and didn't finish this one. But that was just a joke, hoping you'd smile while reading it. To end this, I want you to know that drinking alcohol is not prohibited as long as you're not minor, just be responsible and be ready for the consequences it may bring. Goodbye, thank you!!!

I ended in 9:48 minutes with 12 minutes left in my 10-minute timer.

We should be responsible, at the same time remain accountable for our choices. Moderation matters in everything including in taking alcohol.

Thanks to the author.

To the author, you are right about what you side right there about drinking in moderation because it is indeed unhealthy if we are not in the right concept of taking alcohol. The risk is high in having multiple disease as you have said in the last part and it is true. Even a small amount of alcohol can really change our bodily functions and according to science it can lead to some sort of mind distortion for the time-being. I am happy to see your article๐Ÿค— very precise and you have an INCREDIBLE WRITING SKILLS!!! Thanks for posting a very well constructed article that can spread awareness to every one of us.

Well yup, the author is right. There is nothing wrong about drinking alcohol. They say alcohol calm your nerves and relieves you due to stress, pains and problems. But when you're drinking alcohol as a human being, be responsible. It's okay to drink but in a right time and place. Alcohol might have good effects but like yin yang in Chinese it also have negative effects. Effects that might ruin your life as a person. It is addictive and the person being addicted to it is called alcoholic. The chemical composition of alcohol or other beverages can alter your mind and body decreasing your awareness to your sorroundings. That sometimes people do something chaotic and didn't remeber a single thing about it. Being drunk cant be controlled by anyone but there might some people who do, however mostly they dont. Dizziness or drowsiness is also an effect of drinking alcohol. Also in a long run it, when you're drinking alcohol for a long time it might affect your lifestyle and destroy your health especially your liver. So I suggest limit your drinking habit and when you drink put it in your stomach not in your head. It is advice to just sleep after you drink to avoid chaos. That's all, hope you appreciate my advice and see you again. Just comment her if you want me to put my feedback on your articles and goodluck.

Very well said. The main problem is most people who drink don't do it in a responsible way and worst drag others with them.

My experience the longer people drink the less they care.

Yes mam @wakeupkitty, You are right there, since alcohol affects our mind, sometimes we cannot control ourselves and bring chaos to everyone around us.

If that chaos ruins years of people's life something is seriously wrong. I think if people start talking about moderating the amount of alcohol consumed it is too late already.

According to the 2017 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), an estimated 14.4 million Americans ages 12 and older had an alcohol use disorder (AUD) in the past year.1 However, only an estimated 1.1 million Americans ages 12 and older with a diagnosable AUD in the past year received substance use treatment in the past year.2

Regardless of whether you consider yourself a social drinker or have a diagnosed AUD, there are both short- and long-term physical and psychological consequences to over-drinking, including alcohol use disorder (alcoholism).

Short-Term Effects Of Alcohol Although a person may not be abusing alcohol regularly, they can still experience its short-term effects on the mind and body. The liver can metabolize about one standard drink of alcohol per hour.3 However, this can vary depending on a number of factors, including the individualโ€™s age, weight, liver function, and gender.9 Typically, consuming more than one beverage per hour can lead to intoxication, raising an individualโ€™s blood alcohol content (BAC) with each drink.3

The effects of alcohol can range from mild, such as skin flushing, to more severe symptoms such as passing out or vomiting.

My father is a drunk. And that causes a lot of trouble . To all people taking alcohol too much, please stop it. It can harm you seriously. Too much drinking alcohol will never help us forget problems. It will just give you calmness for a while, but never give you a good thing in your life.

Not only can drinking cause temporary complications such as memory loss and coordination, it can also lead to long-term side effects that are sometimes irreversible. But it's up to you. As the Bible says in Proverbs 20:1 - "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise."

You are right about that, that's why I said that it can lead to many probable illness and discomfort. It's up to the alcohol drinker to manage himself well.
