"This City is more ready than anywhere else in the World" Mega MeetUp Highlights 🎥
It was a warm tropical September afternoon in the Bitcoin Cash City and the team were setting up for their Mega MeetUp Merchant showcase on the Strand, Townsville's waterfront esplanade. By 6pm headcount was up around 52 people and that wasn't including curious members of public! We even had a group of our local Queensland police turn up to order dinner and check out all the commotion. 😃
Bright green floodlights lit up the ancient fig tree canopies, bunches of Bitcoin Cash green balloons were tied to the al fresco dining enclosure and we had a surprise new addition a light up Mega Bitcoin Cash B. The Bitcoin Cash Cars were parked out front for the perfect street exposure, and our newest feature a future themed billboard was strategically placed within view of all the drive by traffic. You really couldn't miss us.
We ran a competition to draw our winning name of the Bitcoin Cash Green Ice cream which is now a permanent feature at Hopscotch Ice creamery and the vibe really picked up when the Calypso Prestige Lincoln Stretch arrived to take VIP's and guests for laps of the Strand.
Thank you to our merchants who set up display and to all that attended. The night was a huge success. Planning has already begun for our next one.
