Understanding emotions and feelings
In life we often experience a conflict, whether it's with a partner, co-worker, or conflict with ourselves.
And this conflict occurs because of our inability to manage emotions, it could be because we really can't control our emotions, which in the end after we vent it all, we feel regret, and realize why we have to do all that.
I think this is a fairly natural problem, because everyone must have experienced something like this.
A problem of managing emotions and it's good that we can further increase emotional intelligence.
Emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence is the ability to accurately recognize the emotions of ourselves and others, so emotionally intelligent people can know what they are feeling and why they can feel it, besides that there are also characteristics of emotionally intelligent people.
They can respond appropriately to emotional reactions from themselves and others, so not only do we know the emotions of ourselves and others accurately, but our reactions are also good at dealing with emotions that occur.
The importance of an Emotional intelligence in us is that with Emotional intelligence we can make the right decisions, if we have high Emotional intelligence, we will be able to think about the ins and outs of our feelings and those of others, and will also better understand all things related to feeling.
Emotionally intelligent people are also aware and because they are conscious they recognize their inner emotions, and can also control their responses appropriately.
they will not get angry easily.
not easily baper.
they will be smarter in making some decisions.
Ways to increase emotional intelligence.
know first with what emotions are being felt.
accept all emotions that are felt.
reflection.
take appropriate action.
empathize.
It's never too late as long as we want to try, improve ourselves in managing emotions and take every decision correctly and confidently.
