Overcoming laziness
Often when we are about to start a job or when we want to achieve a goal, it feels like it is lazy and hard to start, maybe we have promised ourselves to start today, but after thinking it might be possible to do it tomorrow, and already until tomorrow we decided to start the day after tomorrow, until in the end the work did not start at all.
I think there are many people who feel that way, myself included, not infrequently we all often postpone procrastinating work that is actually important for our lives, or usually we also start a job within the grace period, when in fact this behavior is not good for us continue and in the end make the work not optimal.
There are various reasons, one of which is laziness.
There are several ways to overcome laziness and procrastination habits.
Train from childhood to have certain principles.
For example, by repeating various kinds of positive small routines every day, and this routine will eventually become a culture and will continue to be used until they grow up, this is like the principle of the Japanese state which is famous for discipline and can fight laziness, the concept of this routine named KAIZEN, KAI means a change and ZEN means wisdom, which means that changes in life can be achieved slowly and with wisdom.
This principle is also known as the one minute principle, because this principle aims to train someone to do something in just one minute every day at the same time, for example we do sports, but try it for only one minute but do it at the same time every day, but with a note we do this without any distraction and must focus.
The good effect of this principle will train us to be more responsible, because when we have managed to live that one minute, it will make us feel better because we feel we have done something completely, and this feeling will be addictive, because we are already responsible. on a task and have completed it.
So in essence if we do an effort too hard and not routinely, maybe this will only waste energy and will make you tired or bored more quickly, eventually you will become lazy, in essence also the definition of this principle change in life can be achieved slowly and with ease full of wisdom, so it's better to do it briefly but routinely than trying too hard but not routinely.
It's also interesting that if we regularly study and repeat something every day, we will master it more and will not easily forget.
This laziness is deeply present in me.This laziness is the cause of failure in all our endeavors. If you don't do any regular work, if you show laziness, the success in that work will be less.
