Currently, mental illness has become an issue that is widely discussed among teenagers. Not a few teenagers who suffer from mental illness. According to the WHO or the World Health Organization, it is estimated that 10 to 20 percent of adolescents experience mental health problems.

Unfortunately, there are still many teenagers who are less sensitive about mental illness. Undiagnosed mental health can result from a lack of knowledge or stigma about this issue.

Mental disorders can occur in certain types of sufferers, such as the baby blues which only affects mothers after giving birth.

There are some early symptoms of mental illness. Among them are delusions or hallucinations, loss of ability to concentrate, constant fear, excessive anger, drastic mood swings, and many other early symptoms of people with mental illness.

Here are healthy steps to improve mental health in adolescents, including respecting their ideas, giving love, and encouraging them to be more able to talk about their feelings.

There are efforts that can be made if the teenager has a mental illness or disorder. The following are efforts that can be done, namely by taking them to a psychiatrist or psychiatrist, living a healthy life and taking medicines recommended by the doctor.
