Cigarette smoke contains more than 4,000 different chemicals, even more than we think there are, which are harmful to the health of every human being on earth. Of these, 50 substances have a carcinogenic effect. Because of this, many smokers want to quit smoking but have a problem with it due to nicotine addiction, and they need a longer period of time to quit. And some people try to leave with this vice several times. Thus, we come to the conclusion that this condition can have a beneficial effect on a person and the mental state of a person who is trying to stop addiction to cigarettes.
Here is an example I am a smoker for 7 years until they found out that I smoke cigarettes, they tried to explain to me that it is very unhealthy as much as I listened and denied that it is harmful considering that something will bother me in the body. My parents have told me a thousand times that it’s not good and that I intend to do it, but I’ve always nodded and talked about how I can’t quit smoking just because of it. The first problem comes after 5 years of smoking cigarettes, I went to the emergency room to see what it was about and what I would do next. The doctors told me that I had to go for a stomach scan because I was holding on to my stomach, it had been hurting for a long time, I couldn't come to my senses for a couple of weeks. I went to the recording, considering that I was not allowed to smoke anymore, the recording was completed on the third night. They asked me how many cigarettes I smoke a day, I answer them about 2 packs a day, but not knowing what they would tell me I was a little scared. The video said that I have Gastritis just from that and whether the pills I have to take care of for a month. After 5 months, the pain returns, because I failed to throw and say I will not, it was even worse than I thought. I went to the specialist and they did another examination to see what exactly was going on, they asked me if I had left the cigarettes, I answered that I had not, looking at the doctor I flinched, but I was a little scared of all that something doesn't happen on the tape that I don't know and don't see. They told me that I had to leave urgently so that there would be no complications later, I obeyed and tried to stand for a couple of weeks. I came home and was told to throw away cigarettes forever because of the problem that arose. It all lasted less than 2 weeks when I decided to light it again and it pulled me away and another month passed when I couldn’t leave them there anymore I was wrong, unfortunately. I was drawn to society and I could no longer say NO. I made a milder variant where I switched to Electronic Cigarettes where I coughed twice less, where I have not had any problems to this day and it has been 4 years since I used them, except for a little pain I felt in my stomach but nothing terrible. But it’s mostly of the fatty foods we all eat (Fast Food).

In addition to the above, smoking has a bad effect on the general condition:
Smoking can alter the senses of taste and smell
Threatens general fitness and energy
Directly compromises physical appearance (yellow teeth, and occasional skin aging, unpleasant odor)
Smokers put smokers at high risk of depression and anxiety
There are diseases (which I stand behind the fact that cigarettes are very harmful)
They cause:
Esophageal cancer
Uterine cancer
Prostate cancer
Stomach cancer ..etc
Effects of smoking cessation on the body:
20 MINUTES of blood pressure and pulse are stabilized, and the referral circulation is increased, which is normal
8 HOURS concentration of nicotine and carbon monoxide is eliminated from the body
24 HOURS complete carbon monoxide is eliminated from the body
48 HOURS is enough for complete nicotine to come out of the body and to significantly improve the sense of smell and taste
72 SATA is easier to breathe because bronchial relaxation occurs
3 - 9 MONTHS after smoking cessation all secretion in the lungs disappears, thus coughing and characteristic (dawn)
1 YEAR the risk of heart attack is reduced by about 50%
15 YEARS The risk of stroke is much lower than in non-smokers
So my dear smokers throw away a pack of cigarettes, breathe fresh air, and start collecting money since money also affects all this. You can spend that money on one wonderful trip every year with your loved one, parents and friends.
