Importance of moral values
As a student, always we are reading and learning many things. But, something we are forgetting and things are notable in our memory. A few days ago, I read in my lesson about moral values.
Best I could not understand what is moral values and what is the importance of moral values in our ite. Then my mother explained me about it. So, I want to share my perception with others
At first, we know what is moral value?
Moral values reflect an individual's character and spirituality. That means, Morality is one's own personal sense of right and wrong. Actually it is a part of our life and it is not imposed by anyone
Some moral values of life:
Every individual should have some moral values. Such as
Honesty, Truthfulness, Respecting the elders, Cooperation with others, Forgiveness, Discipline, Tolerance Compassion etc.
From where we learn moral values:
We learn moral values from our family, our school and our society Children have an immense power of observation and their feelings are deep rooted. They observe their parents at home, and other members of the society.
In a school, students first copy their teachers. Teachers are the source of inspiration for students.
Ha student observes his teachers to be truthful and honest, he will also imbibe some virtues.
Importance of moral values in our life:
Moral values in life give us a sense of understanding about different things and enable us to choose between what is right and what is wrong. We know, education is the backbone of a nation. But, without moral values education is valueless. It facilitates human being to become an ideal person. It leads us towards the right way. Without moral values, we cannot claim ourselves to be human being That means, we would be no different from animals.
There is an old saying, "A man without morals is like a tree without branches, flowers and fruits
So, to become a good human and to get a better society we must have moral values. Moreover, the bright future of a country depends on moral values of those countries people.
