Sometimes Something bother you and make you insist to try something different. Like from past few days i was thinking to cook something but i wasn't able to accomplish my wish, being absorbed in cell phone didn't let me to go to kitchen.

Yesterday evening i got up from my bed, and went straight to kitchen. Here in my home I have to make sure first that ingredients are present or not. Yesterday i was just checking either i should cook or get back to my back. After finding out that everything related to dish I was about to cook is available then I started the procedure without putting it on wait.

Seeing me so passionate in cooking my little sister also joined me. She helped me alot mostly in dishing haha.

I made My All time favourite Kabli Palao, although dry fruit wasn't available at the time when I was making This but I managed it via other ingredient, Atleast the taste was pretty good and somehow it was edible lol. As it was my first attempt. Kabali palao is my favourite more than biryani or other kind of rice. It wasn't like that i cooked it myself no i asked the methodology from my youtuber(My mom), verily she helped me alot.

While I was busy in making palao, i found my little sister frying potatoes. I said to her what are you doing? She replied, she's making salad. I was thinking salad should be prepare from salad kind of things means vegetables. But she was making fries. Afterwards she sliced the tomato, lemon and some chillies. And she decorated everything inside the tray. Lol it was some other kind of salad, but i like the way she placed everything together in a tray that was actually giving me a delicious look.

My younger sister made my Kabali palao more delicious, just by adding her salad and chittni recipe along with the palao. She is amazing. That's how I spent my time at home in such Holidays. Now still I have 2 holidays left, I'm thinking to try something new. Hope so I'll because i love making plans instead of accomplishing lol. She always join me whenever i do something from keen. She likes to spend time with me that's why she usually do the things what I like to do except studying. She don't like to study although I like to. Hope so she gets back her interest in studies too.
