A BALL OF FIRE!!
St. Elmo's Fire or Santelmo in Filipino folklore, a mythical creature often formed as a ball of fire. This myth was famous specially for those rural area in the Philippines that they always say that it really exist since there are many witnesses who claimed that they encounter this Santelmo.
It is said that if a mortal dies by the river,lake sea or in any bodies of water while it is raining, the spirit will be trap in that specific place where he dies, then it will turn into a fire form as big as a basketball.
Some said that this is a fetus or a baby that did not undergo into a baptism and eventually die. Then it will hunt human craving for justice or prayers for them to make thier soul climb up into the heaven.
