This year we all know we have gone through a lot or in short a lot has happened in this world we live in. We locked ourselves in our home for us to be safe while the front liners are doing their best to fight in this pandemic. Well, here are the effects of quarantine to the people and the environment, there will also be ways to cope up with it.

  • Prioritize your mental and physical health.

    We are locked in our homes somehow it's hard to cope up with our mental and physical health especially on what is going on in the world, that is why we should focus on ourselves and meditate. Our emotional, psychological and social well-being requires mental wellbeing. 

    It determines how we think, feel and behave. It also helps decide how we cope 

    with stress, interact with others and make decisions. At every stage of life, from childhood and early adolescence through adulthood, mental health is relevant.

  • Effects on our environment during quarantine.

    Most of these positive environmental impacts are likely to be temporary, but they can serve as an indicator that improvements in our way of life can have  immediate positive environmental impacts and show the value of travel-reducing initiatives such as teleconferencing. The pandemic may therefore  encourage future behavioral improvements with positive 

    environmental consequences, understanding that  COVID 19 is primarily a global catastrophe. The pandemic of  COVID-19 has a significant effect on most areas of human life, as well as on the  environment and health care systems. In the aftermath of the pandemic, lock-downs, quarantines and border closures have led to decreases in air pollution through reduced travel and development.

    In this trying time we manage to locked ourselves and stay in our home. Here are the ways in coping up in this quarantine.

  • Make a list on your goals in life to fulfill after quarantine.

  • Don't focus on your phone or social media.
