Health is a fundamental basis in our lives, since it affects our feelings, our way of thinking or acting.
Many of the disorders we know today can manifest themselves at an early age, and there are cases in which they are not detected or simply not treated.
Depression would be a clear example. This is a mental disorder characterized by low moods and feelings of sadness, causing alterations in the behavior or thoughts of the person. It can be caused by a traumatic event such as the loss of a loved one, among others.
Anxiety is also part of these disorders, which produces feelings of worry or fear, interfering in the person's daily life.
There are a variety of diseases that affect the mental stability of the person, therefore, all of them are important.
Having good mental health constantly, helps us to have an optimal relationship in any field and a satisfactory life.
