Chromotherapy - healing power and color energy. n the harsh world we live in and which constantly requires us to stay well grounded, we may be missing spells more than anything. She is in fact all around us, it is enough to accept her. We can use colors for this purpose. Colors are a powerful tool for raising mental and physical balance, but despite that, we are almost unaware of their effects. They are pleasing to the eye, so we choose them depending on our preferences, using them mostly for aesthetic purposes. We can look at colors as an effective and easily accessible tool for raising the level of quality of life. This tool is usually completely useless to us, because we do not know how to use it. If we try to get to know the power of colors, we will surely come to the conclusion that they belong to the collection of tools for achieving optimal health. My favorite color is green. It is said to be a human color that symbolizes sensitivity and compassion. Green, I love you green! They love healthy, simple, uninformed people, moderate in their desires and temperament. Created as a result of the combination of two opposites - blue and yellow, green neutralizes their opposing tendencies and therefore represents perfect peace. Rooms painted green are extremely suitable for relaxing, but they also have a very pronounced energy quality. Green is the color of the exterior, of nature - calm and dynamic at the same time. The green color brings harmony to your home, and it simply works great in moments when you want rest and refreshment. In hospitals, in addition to sterile white, we often find pastel green, and surgical work uniforms are necessarily green. **Green as a color of nature, serenity and inner balance, and if we are in balance with nature, then we are also in balance with ourselves.**

Don't be self-critical, it kills the soul. Sometimes I ask myself the question, am I self-critical, and how much does it affect my life ?! Those constantly asked questions like: You shouldn't have said it, you should have saved it, you should have known. These are just some of the sentences that came to my mind - uttered in my personal voice, full of anger, resentment and self-disappointment. The more I changed as a person, the louder and more aggressive this voice became, not believing that the person I was becoming would stop respecting some of his old principles. Not to mention how much it intensified when someone around me appeared with a similar, critical angle of view towards me. I felt completely exhausted by those re-examinations. "Leave me alone" is the only thing I wanted to escape from myself - that brutal analyticalness that sees everything and does not give answers. “Loving yourself” and “being good to yourself” are hard-to-apply things in my case. With thought patterns, I literally need to hack myself in order to be able to stop them. Paradoxically, when I succeed in something like that, then I really have the feeling that I love myself more. The moment I truly begin to love myself, all self-criticism will disappear ... Mistakes are learned, and life gives us a second chance to do what we forgot last time or correct what we did.

Parental conflict over the upbringing of a child. In the period when someone chooses a partner for a serious relationship, he often does not think about whether there is a big difference between his and his partner's way of raising children. Many people in that period do not think about raising children at all, believing that this skill appears spontaneously, automatically, in everyone who has a child. That is why they can be very unpleasantly surprised by the appearance of a big difference in the way in which the mother and father of the same child try to raise him. This often escalates into a chronic parental conflict over how to raise a child. Numerous differences in the way of upbringing are possible. One parent can protect the child too much and, in the opinion of the other parent, make him incompetent. Conflict is common when one parent is compliant and gives love to the child without discipline, while the other is stricter and thus tries to discipline the child. It is best for a child if both parents give him love and discipline him. A way for young parents to avoid or overcome the conflict over upbringing is to talk about upbringing before the child is born. In case they cannot agree, it is good for them to be educated in this regard or to seek the help of experts who will help them better orient themselves and build a common educational style. For me, there was a variant, if the mother says she can't do something, and the father agrees for hours, and vice versa. There was never a misunderstanding about it ... But there was always that, the mother says go back to and the father, you can be a little late, let's say until ... Hahahahah, that half an hour then meant my ... That's it was my sweet victory.

Iodine deficiency is a big problem for the body. Dr. Jean Auguste Guillaume Lugol, the creator of a wonderful but little forgotten solution, which allows us to get enough iodine into our body. And what is iodine and why is the organism so important for us? The healing properties of iodine are inviolable. It is a microelement necessary for human health. It is taken into the body through food and water. There is no life without him! Iodine is a substance that is very rare in nature. It is found in seawater and in foodstuffs depending on the percentage of iodine in the country. That is why Lugol's solution is of great importance for the compensation of this microelement. Iodine needs in different periods of life are different. It is enough for babies to ingest 50 mcg (micrograms), and for adults about 200 mcg. Women who are breastfeeding are recommended to dose as much as 260 mcg of iodine during the day. Iodine deficiency causes various diseases such as hyperthyroidism, goiter, heart disease and many others. Symptoms of iodine deficiency are: muscle cramps, cold hands and feet, depressed behavior, dry skin and brittle nails and many others. Even obesity can be a consequence of not taking iodine into the body. Lugol's solution successfully compensates for the lack of iodine in the body. It is very useful to know nowadays when many ingredients from the diet reduce its absorption. These are, for example, bromides from bakery products. If you start using this solution, you will do a lot of good for your body. As you already know, iodine deficiency leads to a weakening of the body's defenses, and that is the first precondition for the disease. That is why it is desirable to use iodine solution preventively. Recipe for the preparation of Lugl's solution. (very easy to make and use) 500ml opaque glass bottle, note: the cap must be plastic. 500 ml of distilled water, granular iodine, 25 grams and granular potassium iodide, 50 grams. Put it all together in a certain way. Dissolve potassium iodide in half the amount of distilled water, stirring slowly with a glass pipette. Add iodine crystals and make up with water. Shake. Leave to stand for at least 24 hours, shaking the bottle occasionally. You can take only TWO drops of this solution daily. And here is a test that can tell us whether or not we have enough iodine in the body. Dip your ear sticks into Lugol's solution. Draw three lines of different thickness on the inside of the forearm. Thin, a little thicker and thickest. If you do not see any lines in the morning, it means that you lack iodine in your body. Consult a general practitioner or endocrinologist for advice. If you only have one of the thicker lines left, it means that this microelement is still a bit in deficit. And if only a thin line has disappeared, you are not in deficit, you can breathe a sigh of relief, you have a sufficient amount of iodine in your body.

Is silence gold? We have all heard the old saying that silence is gold. But is it really so nowadays, or at any time? How much can silence help us, and how much has it hindered us? Revolutions did not rise by silence from protest, nor by standing still. Likewise, the changes that take place throughout life do not come slowly, quietly and imperceptibly, but violently, loudly, with lightning speed. Where silence rests, our fears of jumping into the world, showing our true face, are hidden. We are all heroes, when it comes to what we stand for with words, but, practicing that silence too much, we forgot to act, we hid so that we would not be swallowed by darkness. How much are we heroes then, when we do not know how to say what bothers us, change what suffocates us, point out to others their shortcomings, say no to violence, misery, theft, trouble? We crawl through columns and rows, thinking that someone else will do what it takes to balance everything out and make the world a nicer place to live. We don’t have time today, they will definitely have someone else. Someone will stop somewhere, look around, help strangers, those next to whom we once walked, without looking away. Someone will wave a magic wand, to remove all the mighty injustice inflicted on all beings. Someone will be fighting for jobs while we sit at home and think about how much we have actually helped just by thinking in that direction. Will it, really? What do we teach our children by going through life as blind travelers? Why do we teach them not to raise their voices, when something is being done to their and our detriment? Too much silence leads to a society of fear, wrapped in its own cocoon, unable to take care of itself, let alone others. People who will just talk and whine, but are not used to doing anything. They are waiting for Godot, hoping to save them and lift them from the bottom where they are.

It's time to visit the Philippines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tw2jI1pwkSw The Philippines is an archipelago of 7107 islands, stretching from southern China to the northern cape of Borneo. The islands of the Philippine archipelago are of volcanic origin and are mostly hilly, characterized by jungle, mountainous interior, sandy shores, turquoise green water and many coral reefs. The country has over a hundred ethnic blends and foreign influences shaped into a unique Filipino culture. The Philippines is recognizable for its emerald rice fields, megalopolises, volcanoes and smiling inhabitants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1RufcvUX-s Manila is the capital of the Philippines and is located on the shores of the Gulf of Manila. Also known as the pearl of the Orient, it is one of the most exciting capitals in the world, a cosmopolitan and chameleon city with over a million and a half inhabitants, while life in it flows 24 hours a day. With over three centuries of Spanish rule, Manila has a special architecture and heritage, including churches, fortifications and other colonial buildings. The city has a lot to offer, from the oldest Chinese neighborhoods in the world to very modern nightclubs and shopping malls. Today, Manila is teeming with curious travelers who have arrived here in search of unusual experiences. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEg7fHGC_oA The Banaue rice terraces represent the National Treasure of the Philippines, are over 2,000 years old and follow the contours of the mountain cordillera in northern Luzon. They are often called the "Eighth Wonder of the World". This picturesque landscape, with its intricate irrigation network, shows clear skills in hydraulic engineering that have remained almost unchanged for more than two millennia. The art of leading terraces is passed down from generation to generation along with traditional tribal rituals. **The Philippines is a very interesting country. This is only a small part of what the Philippines represents.**

Only for the bravest - a snake massage... If you can bear the cold and the feeling of a snake on you, we have the perfect opportunity for you, which will help you rejuvenate your body and mind. If you don't know what we are talking about, it is a snake massage, ie a trend that is growing rapidly and is gaining more and more followers. Currently available at the Wholeness Center in New York, the trend of snake massages is exactly what you imagined. The session, which lasts a full 60 minutes, is based on snakes crawling on your body, while you lie still and enjoy the feeling it gives you. The dedicated staff follows you and your massage all the time, taking care that the snakes do not make any wrong steps. In addition, the snakes used are well fed and healthy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=5s7KkI-fo3M&feature=emb_logo Yet, as snakes think with their head, they never make them work or massage you. They actually enjoy the warmth of the human body, and enjoy this process much more than the person they are massaging. Snakes will tone and stimulate your nerves, that is, cause the release of endorphins and oxytocin, so that after this session you will be completely stress-free. So, if you are interested in some unusual spa treatment, head to New York! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3LXdAbkJ5Q

Great BLUE HOLE - Wonderful Beaty In The Middle Of The Ocean. A large blue hole, located about a hundred kilometers from the main coast of Belize, is an underwater hole near the center of the Lighthouse Reef. This giant circle, measuring about three hundred meters in diameter and twenty-five meters in depth, was formed after a series of glacial events, when sea levels were significantly lower than today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34mmefO6Vzs Every year, diving enthusiasts and professionals visit this reef to explore its crystal clear aquatic environment, as well as the different species of tropical fish and marine life that have settled there. You must know that diving into the Big Blue Hole is not easy, so it is not recommended for the inexperienced. The hole is very dark and attracts divers who want to see ancient stalactites, not the colorful plants and animals that await you in its surroundings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4-WCDWenm4 The hole is also part of the Belize Barrier Reef Reserve system, which is under UNESCO protection due to its scientific and historical significance. If you have little experience in diving and are ready to leave your comfort zone, the dark depths of this hole are certainly an impressive sight, while the reef that surrounds it is a true wonder of nature. Until we are given the opportunity to enjoy exploring this, it remains for us to watch pictures and videos from people who have enjoyed the exploration.

Vitamins and their importance for our body. Vitamins are natural substances in food, necessary for the body to function perfectly. Each vitamin has its role in the body. Vitamins are mainly active in the development of the nervous system, vision, numerous reactions in the body, but also in bone mineralization. There are two groups of vitamins: those that dissolve in water (vitamin C and all B complex vitamins) and those that dissolve in fat (vitamins A, D, E and K). Although they are necessary for the maintenance of life, vitamins are mostly not produced in the body, but are taken in, primarily, through food. **Vitamin A and its provitamin CAROTENE** Daily needs are from one to two mg. It contains larger quantities of green vegetables, especially spinach and kale, carrots, tomatoes, primroses, peas, milk and whole milk products, dried and oily fruits, citrus fruits, bananas, peaches, cherries, eggs, liver, cereals, fish oil. Vitamin A deficiency causes vision loss at night, brittle nails, skin changes. Impact on the body: serves for growth, for building and maintaining tissues, skin and mucous membranes. **Vitamin B1** The daily requirement is about three mg. It contains larger quantities of yeast, cereal seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, legumes, corn flour, ham, spinach, carrots, beet leaves, grapefruit. Vitamin B1 deficiency causes constipation, muscle weakness, circulatory disorders and nervous weakness. Effect on the body: affects the nerves, converts carbohydrates into body energy. **Vitamin B2 (F, G)** The daily requirement is about two mg. It contains it in larger quantities: olive oil, mushrooms, veal entrails, full-fat cheese, primrose, carrot, celery with leaves, green pepper, spinach, kale. Vitamin B2 deficiency causes inflammation of the connective tissue, cracking of the nails, headache, poor eyesight, damage to the lips, tearing and burning of the eyes. Effect on the body: converts fat into body energy; very important for the maintenance of the skin and eyes, it is considered a "beauty vitamin". **Vitamin B3** Daily requirements are from nine to 15 mg. It contains large quantities of primrose, kale, potatoes, asparagus, yeast, liver, hazelnuts, chicken, mushrooms, meat. Vitamin B3 deficiency causes: inflammation of the skin, disorders of the stomach and intestines. Effect on the body: keeps the intestines and stomach healthy, promotes growth, converts proteins into body energy. **Vitamin B4** Daily requirements are from 400 to 1,000 mg. It contains it in larger quantities: liver, yeast, carrots, mushrooms, green vegetables, rye bread. Vitamin B4 deficiency causes anemia and growth disorders. Effect on the body: helps create red blood cells, positively affects the work of metabolism. **Vitamin B5** The daily requirement is about eight mg. They contain it in larger quantities: grapefruit, strawberries, oranges, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, wheat germ, yeast, eggs, mushrooms, pork. Vitamin B5 deficiency causes movement disorders, headaches. Impact on the body: important for metabolism and weight maintenance; makes the body resistant, one of the "beauty vitamins", important for hair. **Vitamin B6** The daily requirement is about six 6 mg. It is contained in larger quantities: potatoes, bananas, carrots, legumes, dry yeast, spinach, wheat, peanuts, kale, lemon, pears, salmon, liver, hazelnuts, pork. Vitamin B6 deficiency causes: weight loss, nausea, fainting. It contains it in larger quantities: peppers, oranges, buckwheat, eggs, mushrooms, liver, heart, brain, fish, crabs, meat, legumes, whole grains, prunes. The deficiency causes a disorder of digestion and the nervous system, pellagra. Effect on the body: participates in the work of metabolism, is involved in the metabolism of sulfur, responsible for the functions of the epithelium and nervous tissue. **Folic acid / PGA (BC, vit. M)** The daily requirement is five mg. It contains it in larger quantities: spinach, liver, yeast, oranges, parsley, carrots, potatoes, wheat, peanuts, cucumbers, bananas, cherries, lemons, prosciutto. Deficiency causes anemia, diarrhea and similar digestive problems. Effect on the body: participates in many biochemical processes, is important for cell growth and division, has a cytostatic effect, promotes the absorption of vitamin A. **Vitamin B12** Daily needs are 3 µg. It contains it in larger quantities: liver, kidneys, fish, milk, eggs, muscles. The deficiency causes a disorder during the cycle, paleness, brittle nails. Effect on the body: important for the maturation of red blood cells. **Vitamin C** Daily requirements are 100 mg. Wellcome to Serbia, waterfalls 4/9 One of the hidden beauties of Eastern Serbia is the Blederija waterfall, when the truth is not reached so easily, but it is worth every effort. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONuuHsfO1q0 The source of the river of the same name is about 2 kilometers away from the waterfall. The height of the waterfall is about 7 meters and it is best to visit it in the spring, because then it is the richest in water. If you guess the right moment, you will have the opportunity to see a smaller waterfall, which is located on the side, when there is more water. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXdVMqQC5yU The reason why this waterfall stands out for its beauty is that the water flows over the steps of the sedimentary rocks, which is in the shape of a horseshoe. Thanks to that, the Blederija waterfall flows in the form of a curtain, and when it is especially rich in water, smaller waterfalls appear from the side. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7vV8g8fWhs At the source of the river Blederija, which is only about 2 kilometers away from the waterfall, the water is extremely cold, and in the area next to the waterfall it is somewhat warmer and is estimated at about 17 degrees. It is believed that a shorter road passed through this area, which in the time of Emperor Trajan led to the famous Roman road. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EecgvZg_8l0 In the immediate vicinity of the waterfall, there is the Sokolovica spring and a cave, as well as the so-called watermill mill.

Water - the greatest value of our lives! Water is the most important substance on the planet. Life was created in water and it is the basic substance that we take into the body. Of all the water on Earth, only 0.4% is available as drinking water. Environmental changes, due to industrialization and global warming, pose a great danger to the preservation of water and our health. Therefore, one should think daily about water intake, its quality and prevention of environmental pollution. Water makes up about 80% of our body at birth, and an average of 60% in adulthood. The total amount of water varies depending on body weight, age, sex and the presence of adipose tissue. An obese person can have up to 30% less water in the body than a normally fed person of the same age. Water is a key factor in maintaining the structure and function of all tissues. Approximately 2/3 of the total water in the body is in the cells, and ⅓ in the extracellular space. The roles of water in the body are numerous: it is the main solvent and carrier of nutrients, plays an important role in circulation, participates in all metabolic processes and removal of harmful substances from the body, helps digestion and regular bowel movements, plays a key role in thermoregulation and participates in maintenance electrolyte balance and acid-base balance. Did you know that you can lose weight with the help of water? Here's how. When you drink water only as your basic beverage, extraordinary things can happen. Taking a special water regime is not easy to achieve for some, but positive consequences are possible. Here's what can happen when you drink only water for 30 days without changing your diet or exercise. We take in as much as a third of our daily calories in liquid form - from coffee and dairy drinks to juices and alcohol. But what happens in the body if we give up such drinks for a month and turn only to water, possibly unsweetened tea? **Eat fewer calories** A cup of sugary tea contains about 150 calories, while a large coffee with milk and sugar has about 250 calories, and half a liter of juice has about 300 calories. Water has 0 calories. **Suppression of appetite** Appetite is much more controlled while drinking only water. This can be attributed to the favorable action of water, which causes a feeling of greater satiety. Also, various juices, coffee and alcoholic beverages have a high level of sugar, which causes a rise in blood sugar levels, and then a sudden drop in it, which still results in an increased feeling of hunger. If we don’t ingest them, there’s no attacking hunger. **Benefits for the wallet** Even if you do not use tap water but only buy water, you will still get cheaper than with other drinks. **Regular digestion** If you drink a glass of water after waking up, you will start the "engines" of the body. Studies have shown that drinking 500 ml of water in the morning increases the metabolic rate by 30 percent in men and women. This contributes to waking up, higher calorie consumption, faster digestion ... **Cleanses the skin** Although it sounds like an urban myth, water has been proven to be the best drink for a cleaner complexion. As the liver and kidneys expel excess toxins from the body, if we give them a break from filtering coffee, alcohol and sugar and "fill" them with water only, the cells become better helped by oxygen, and the skin is cleansed. AND BECAUSE OF ALL THIS, DRINK ONLY WATER, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ITS BENEFITS.

Why does the food in the ad look so much better than the one on the plate? There are probably few people in Serbia who watch television regularly, and after at least some watched commercials, they did not go to the store and buy that product. Especially when it comes to food. Hamburgers and other fast foods, ice cream topped with tempting chocolate, crunchy biscuits, fizzy drink bubbles whispering "drink me", a smoking lunch… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MflT0I7ZPCs Marketing experts and those who create commercials know very well about the "tricks" with which to simply you can't resist trying that product at least once. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQzcno9r1OQ&feature=emb_title I don't even know how many times I watched some commercials, bought that product, and of course I was quite disappointed, and angry at myself that I still succumbed to that marketing trick ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Swp3T2JDKnA After watching these videos, I definitely decided not to watch any more commercials. I will save time and money, and of course my health ... Here, look and judge for yourself.

Would you get a tattoo? Tattooing is the permanent introduction of inks of different colors into the skin with the help of specially made needles. Mostly people get tattoos for aesthetic, ritual, customary and social reasons. The word "tattoo" is believed to have two main origins - from the Polynesian word ta meaning to strike something and the Tahitian word tatau meaning to mark something. The history of tattooing dates back over 5,000 years and is as diverse as the people who wear it. A tattoo is created by inserting colored materials under the surface of the skin. The first tattoos were most likely created by accident. People rubbed the wounds on their bodies with their hands soiled with soot and fire ashes. When the wound healed, they noticed that the sign remained permanently. Despite the growing fascination of the social sciences with tattooing and the immense popularity of the tattoos themselves, not many historical records remain of the practice of that activity. The 5,000-year-old tattooed man appeared on the front pages of newspapers around the world in 1991, when his frozen body was discovered on a mountain between Italy and Austria. It is the best preserved body from that period ever found. There are 57 tattoos on the skin: a cross on the inside of the left knee, six horizontal straight lines 15 cm long on the back and numerous parallel lines on the ankles. The location of the tattoos suggests that they were probably made for therapeutic reasons (arthritis treatment). Tattoo experienced expansion after the invention of the first tattoo machine, the last decade of the 19th century by Samuel O’Reilly, an artist and tattoo artist. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTLV9Oykf_U

Carving, Thai art of carving fruits and vegetables. Carving is the art of carving fruits and vegetables. By carving fruits and vegetables, we change the shape to some beautiful shapes such as flowers, animals or other figures. The roots of the carving are disputed: some believe it originated in ancient Japan, others that it originated in Sukhothai in Thailand 700 years ago, and still others that it originated in China, during the Tang (618–906) and Sung (960–1279) dynasties. . Regardless of their origin, fruit and vegetable carving is represented in many Asian restaurants, cruises, hotels and other luxury places. In the middle of the 20th century, the art of carving vegetables began to spread beyond Asia. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItGS7UnQH80 Today, you can admire plant carvings around the world without restrictions. Welcome to Serbia. Waterfalls 1 / 9 Prskalo, a waterfall in southern Kucaj, was created by the most imaginative game of water and limestone. Just above the Prskalo waterfall, some 70 meters away, is the source of the river Nekudovo. It is interesting that the river Nekudovo springs here and disappears, or more precisely sinks, halfway to Resavica, from where the shortest way is to reach this waterfall. The place where Nekudovo sinks is called "Uviralo". For both "Uviralo" and Prskalo, there is a sign right in front of the location. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=6&v=Yv8SA6x9oQM&feature=emb_logo The environment of the waterfall itself is extremely calm and beautiful, immersed in lush greenery, away from any urban facilities. To the left of the waterfall, there is a wooden table with benches, so this place is also ideal for camping. In the immediate vicinity, another 6 km upstream, you will find the Valkaluci hunting ground (and the hunting lodge of the same name) located in an exceptional natural environment of mixed forests and vast meadows, creating one of the most picturesque natural environments in the Kucajski mountains.

Basic rules of diet according to Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the oldest, most comprehensive health care system still used worldwide today. In India, Ayurveda still has an advantage over allopathic medicine and is studied in public schools and universities. At its congress in Alma-Ata in 1977, the World Health Organization officially recognized Ayurveda and recommended its application and popularization. All known today methods of natural or alternative medicine have their origin in Ayurveda. In Ayurvedic cuisine, spices are given great importance. Spices contribute to balance and give dishes an orientation regarding Dosha. Spices are in Ayurveda and healing agents. Spices are applied alone or in special mixtures called Churnas. These mixtures can be found in specialized health food stores, but they can also be prepared at home. Dishes can be prepared neutrally and seasoned afterwards, so that the amount of spices is appropriate for a particular constitution. Strong spices such as chili, pepper, ginger and the like should be used to reduce Kapha. People of Pitta constitution need a little salt, and spices such as coriander, cumin, turmeric and ginger are baked in ghee (concentrated butter). Vata is needed for eating spices that prevent bloating and encourage digestion, and these are: ginger, cumin, coriander and pepper, baked in a larger amount of ghee or oil, and kitchen salt is also used. It is specific that all spices are fried first, in order to release useful substances in an appropriate way. Indian and Ayurvedic spices give the dish a special and exotic taste, but individual spices, specific for the constitution, can be easily prepared from our spices. Kapha Churnas can be prepared from pepper, nutmeg, cumin, oregano, thyme and juniper. Pitta Churnas is prepared using dill, cumin, mint, pepper, rosemary and a bit of cinnamon, and Vata Churnas contains anise, basil, cumin, marjoram, oregano and bay leaf.

Foot reflexology and its benefits. In our foot, there are as many as 26 bones, 33 joints and 56 ligaments and over 70,000 nerve endings. Quite a number, if something goes wrong, we get a bad spell, don't we? We believe that you think so yourself. Fortunately, foot reflexology puts it all in order and in perfect harmony. It differs from ordinary massage, because it treats certain areas that are connected to certain parts of the body. The initial relaxation is similar to regular foot massage. However, treating the zones on the feet at the very beginning is very uncomfortable and painful. With stimulation at certain points along all paths, various difficulties can be removed, ie. blockages in proper energy flow. What is foot reflexology? Reflexology is an ancient skill that treats certain areas on the feet and even the hands. It is performed a little less often on the head, ears. Precise massaging of the zones acts on the internal organs and parts of the body in order to restore the balance in their functioning. For thousands of years, reflex foot massage has been used as a diagnostic and therapeutic method. It dates from the period of 5,000 BC, when a drawing of a therapist treating the feet was found in Egypt. In addition, there are numerous records from ancient China and Japan where people practiced this technique, which is now called foot reflexology. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5akPhsxCQ5c By pressing and massaging certain points, it is possible to reduce the pain and heal the organ or the entire region. Sometimes foot pain has an obvious cause, such as fungal infections, corns or ingrown toenails. But if the discomfort you feel is simply due to fatigue or boots that do not fit you well. Then reflexology can become your best friend. There are zones on the feet, which correspond to the arrangement of our organs in the body. All the organs on the left are supported on the left foot, and those on the right on the right. In such conditions, by massaging painful points, we stimulate an organ that is weakened, and at the same time we relax the whole organism. Foot reflexology is by no means painful, but still the pressure on one of the points can cause pain. It is an indicator of a problem that he can use for further treatment. It is good to note that reflex foot massage is also a diagnostic treatment. Pain at a certain point shows which of our organs has a problem, and whether it is a chronic or acute phase. If the pain in the foot is sharp and penetrating, it can be an indicator of an acute problem. On the other hand, a ‘blunt’ usually signals that it is a long-term problem that has weakened the organ energetically. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyCsK4AUDt0 If we massage these points for a long time, the pain will subside, but the energy blockage can also be removed. Foot reflexology can be repeated every day for 10-20 days or once a week. It is used even with children, even pregnant women, without much difference.

Estrogen deficiency symptoms and consequences. Estrogen deficiency can have a number of harmful consequences for our health. That is why it is especially important to take natural estrogen in food for good prevention. The hormone estrogen is necessary to establish the proper balance and normal hormonal balance. Hormones vary intensely during menopause in women. **WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF ESTROGEN** Natural estrogen works in synergy with progesterone. It represents the guardian of almost all vital functions that are important for a woman's health in her reproductive period. With the cessation of the secretion of this important hormone, certain health problems often occur. Falling levels and lack of estrogen in menopause is a very common occurrence today, affecting almost every woman. Previously, this phenomenon covered a period of about fifty years of age. Today, unfortunately, early menopause is occurring more and more often, ie an increasing number of young women enter menopause in their thirties. This is due to a large number of pollutants, improper and irregular diet, stress and nervousness. **ESTROGEN AND COLLAGEN DEFICIENCY** The hormone estrogen is one of the main guardians of fluid in tissues. It is crucial in controlling the formation and action of collagen, an important structural molecule. This molecule builds all the supporting human tissues, cartilage and bones. Lack of water is the main cause of collagen degeneration in the somewhat older, ie. more mature age. It is then that the level of the hormone estrogen is very low. Another unavoidable function of estrogen is to control the complete sexual development of a woman. During puberty, it affects the formation of secondary sexual characteristics. From then until menopause, it has a special role in the hormonal status of every woman. Estrogen hormone dominates the first phase of the hormonal (menstrual) cycle. On the other hand, progesterone dominates in the second phase, precisely in order to prepare a woman for pregnancy. **ESTROGEN DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS IN YOUNG WOMEN** Delay and absence of a regular menstrual cycle. Very often, women with irregular menstruation enter the early menu break (before their forties). Night sweats that occur in the area of the head, neck and chest and unpleasant hot flashes (hot flashes in menopause) indicate a deficiency of this hormone. There is also fatigue and tiredness. There are also sudden changes in mood (alternating laughter and crying, joy and sorrow). There is no desire for sexual intercourse, because intercourse can be painful due to dryness of the vagina. Estrogen deficiency causes consequent loss of bone mass and osteoporosis. Infertility in slightly younger women also indicates a lack of estrogen.

Origami - the art of folding paper. The word Origami comes from the Japanese language and is derived from the words ori (bend) and kami (one of several words for paper). Simply put - origami is the skill of bending a sheet of paper or cardboard to get the desired shape, whereby the paper is not allowed to be cut or glued. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gn2iLmwvZPk No one knows exactly when this technique was invented, but since man first had to invent paper, we can say that this technique cannot be older than two thousand years. Although it has a Japanese name, some believe that the skill originated in China. The oldest book with instructions for making origami-like objects "Kanamodo" was written in the 17th century. The oldest book on origami for leisure is "Hiden senbazuru orikata" ("The Secret Technique of Bending a Thousand Cranes"), written in 1797. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMnaXwivfDs There are about a thousand models that are considered traditional origami and that are passed down from generation to generation in Japan. Interestingly, until the middle of the 20th century, this technique was considered a pastime for women who made paper models for weddings, funerals and other occasions or as entertainment for children. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgyMARIDFSA Origami is a Japanese art of making paper models that has been passed down from generation to generation for many years. Literally, it is based on folding the paper until the desired model is obtained, either directly or by unrolling it in a certain way. It is a traditional art and like any similar one, it has its experts. The origami paper is colored on one side and white on the other. When the diagram indicates the colored side, it is thus made known which color will be dominant on the finished model. Origami masters say that good origami is made with patience and precision.

The movie "The Name of the Rose" - Reason as an Enemy After his death under unexplained circumstances in a Benedictine monastery in 1327, the monks are convinced that this is a hint of an apocalypse. The monastery should host a council of Franciscans who think that all material values should be disposed of. William of Baskerville (Sean Connery), a former inquisitor, now a renowned Franciscan priest, was called to determine the circumstances of the mysterious death. But the bizarre murders continue during his investigation. The whole thing is made more difficult by the Inquisition, led by the eccentric Bernard Guy (F. Murray Abraham), who is trying to get involved in the investigation. When everyone begins to believe that it is about the Devil, and William is threatened with a bonfire because of heresy, he tries to use common sense in order to shed light on the case and save his own life, with the help of young Adso from Melk (Christian Slater). https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=7-yYJgpQ-CE&feature=emb_logo The film is based on one of the most respected novels of the eighties - the work of the same name by Umberto Ecco, which, along with its virtuoso style, has the greatest feature of multiple layers of meaning. Oscar winner Jean-Jacques Annaud (winner of that award for the film "Black and White in Color") of course could not fully preserve it, so Eco, dissatisfied with the screenplay, said that the film has nothing to do with his book. Peacock - one of the most beautiful birds in the world You must have stopped at least once near the yard where the peacock is the main star, until you were driven away by its shrill advertisement. The gorgeous colors of this bird arouse admiration in everyone and attract a lot of attention, which he adores. The origin of peacocks and symbolism The peacock is a bird of magnificent feather beauty that belongs to the pheasant family. The genus Peacock is divided into two species: the Indian peacock (Pavo cristatus) and the green peacock (Pavo muticus) when they are also called "dumb". It mostly inhabits eastern and southern India, but also the island of Ceylon. It loves life in hilly and mountainous areas, even up to 2,000 m above sea level. Its natural habitats are forests, and due to its popularity and beauty, it can be found more and more in gardens, yards and parks, where it serves as an ornament, and where it can freely flaunt its beauty. As for the symbolism of this bird, few can think that in addition to beauty, it can represent something else. It will surprise you that in some nations, the peacock is a symbol of vitality, spirituality, immortality, and even integrity. No one is more proud than a peacock when he walks through his gorgeous feathers. When it comes to the symbolism of this bird in religions, the situation is as follows: in Buddhism it symbolizes the highest knowledge, and connects it with the goddess Kuan-Yin, in Hinduism he is the faithful companion of Lakshmi - the goddess of joy, abundance, grace and patience, in Christianity it symbolizes salvation, but also the image of Christ who "sees everything." To dream of a peacock mainly means happiness and prospect, but it can also be a warning. Depending on the action in the dream, he can warn that he should not convince all the people around him and advise to consider all future steps well. The peacock is the national bird of India. Characteristics and behavior of peacocks When we say "peacock", we usually mean males, because females are different, and they are quite "modest" than their stronger halves. Although the splendor of male feathers is usually attributed to the function of attracting females for mating, there are other reasons. Males can reach up to 2 m in length, with a height of 86 to 130 cm, and their tail begins to grow when they are 8 months old. An adult peacock can weigh from 3 to 6 kg. They reach full maturity at the age of 2, and females lay 4 to 6 eggs and take care of the young when they hatch. For mating, females choose the male whose feathers they like the most, and the love call is characterized by screaming high-frequency sounds. Despite the beauty, it can happen that the male is left without a female. These birds are very sociable and like to live in communities. We can usually find them in groups of one male and 3-5 females. If they are in danger, they can run fast. As for flying - the tail bothers them when taking off, but as soon as they are in the air, they are fast flyers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Moz3XtT_DtE

All the benefits of aspirin. Have you ever been able to assume that you can use aspirin for purposes other than just reducing pain? This medicine has several amazing properties, which many cannot even imagine! Here are 11 ways to use acetylsalicylic acid, which can benefit anyone. **Helps fight acne** Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, aspirin reduces acne and soothes the skin. It is necessary to chop 2-3 tablets (it is important that they are not coated) and mix them with lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the pimple, hold for about one minute, then rinse. Do not use this mixture before going out in the sun. **Eliminates itching from insect bites** Aspirin will also help reduce swelling and itching after a mosquito bite. Dissolve an aspirin (uncoated) tablet with water to make a paste. Apply it to the injection site and hold for a few minutes. **Narrows pores on the face** Aspirin normalizes the secretion of sebaceous glands, consequently the size of the pores is reduced, the skin becomes radiant and smooth. Preparing this mask will not take you more than five minutes: 7 uncoated aspirin tablets 3 tablespoons natural yogurt or cream 1 tablespoon honey Apply the mask on a clean face, hold for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with water. **Solves the problem of dandruff** Dandruff not only does not look nice, but also creates discomfort due to itching.
