Welcome to Serbia, waterfalls 2/9

Although they may not be a few hundred meters high, tucked away in untouched nature, the waterfalls of Serbia have a special charm. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RTf6cGxT6I By themselves, waterfalls evoke admiration and curiosity. Water that seeks its way, plays with earth and stone and erupts even in the most inaccessible places, it has always attracted both the local population and researchers, as well as tourists. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEczDyusfNo Waterfalls in Serbia are usually hidden somewhere in untouched nature, and they are most beautiful in the spring when the snow melts, so large amounts of water flow through them.

Pilj On Stara Planina, otherwise the place with the most waterfalls, about four kilometers south of the village of Topli Do, located in an inaccessible forest below the top of Pilj, lies the waterfall of the same name. It is located at an altitude of about 1,450 meters, and consists of two cascades, Gornji and Donji Pilj. Pilj waterfall forms a large vortex at the bottom. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQQWe1PWHjE&feature=emb_title
