Walnut oil has proven to be an excellent remedy against winter fatigue, because it contains valuable omega 3 fats, which are largely present in the fruits of this stone fruit. Walnut is an extraordinary fruit, especially for the needs of our body during the winter. It is a delicious natural food supplement, rich in minerals and good fats, but it is also great as a snack, in salads, with cheeses, in various sauces and more…

A recipe for walnut oil that you can easily prepare yourself at home.

You need to get a couple of green (unripe) walnuts and cut them into 8 equal parts. After that, put them in a glass jar of the appropriate size and pour over the olive oil, to the extent that these pieces are completely covered. Close well with a lid from the top and shake, and then store in a warm place where it will stand for 45 days. It is best to be outside, where it will be exposed to the sun's rays. During the specified period, it is necessary to shake and shake the jar from time to time.

After all that, take gauze and strain the obtained walnut oil into a glass bottle. Store the preparation prepared in this way in a dark and cool place, after which you can use it according to your own needs.

I recommend that you always prepare walnut oil yourself, since they are factory-made, most often treated with various chemicals, and they are not nearly as effective and good as a domestic product.
