Today known as one of the largest Orthodox churches in the world, the church of St. Sava is located on the Vracar plateau in the center of Belgrade. This location is important not only because of the temple, but also in history as the place where Sinan Pasha burned the relics of Saint Sava, the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Today, this temple is one of the most monumental buildings in the Belgrade landscape, but that point was reached only after an extremely long and painful period of construction.
Prelep hram!Obožavam da ga posećujem kada dolazim u Beograd!
