Is there really a fear of happiness?!

Is there really a fear of happiness, or is it just a poorly camouflaged fear that you are not up to the task? We all strive for complete fulfillment of ourselves as individuals, we all strive for happiness and a quality life. How, then, can some of us justify our inaction by fear of happiness?

It is not a fear of happiness, but a fear of failure. Fear that they will not have enough knowledge, energy, will, ability to overcome all obstacles and reach the final destination. The fear is that they will give up again, because they probably did not complete any of the missions they had planned, but gave up halfway because of the same fear.

And how then to overcome fear, to make sure that they deserve happiness and that they can reach the goal? So one day they will have to play the game to the end, any game or challenge they embark on. Only when they pass the entire route, all possible obstacles and are running out of energy, if they reach the end will they realize that they were afraid of themselves. And that nothing but themselves stopped them.
