Most of us live surrounded by negativity, and optimism and a positive attitude towards life is not only difficult to build and maintain, but it seems as if it is not acceptable in our society. While working with my clients on trainings or individual coaching sessions, one of the most important and useful things is to teach them how to focus on what is good and how to maintain that focus. And that is difficult when the people around us are negative, constantly complaining and saying bad things about their lives, about themselves, others, the world, everything and everything.
