Estrogen deficiency can have a number of harmful consequences for our health. That is why it is especially important to take natural estrogen in food for good prevention.
The hormone estrogen is necessary to establish the proper balance and normal hormonal balance. Hormones vary intensely during menopause in women.
WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF ESTROGEN
Natural estrogen works in synergy with progesterone. It represents the guardian of almost all vital functions that are important for a woman's health in her reproductive period. With the cessation of the secretion of this important hormone, certain health problems often occur.
Falling levels and lack of estrogen in menopause is a very common occurrence today, affecting almost every woman.
Previously, this phenomenon covered a period of about fifty years of age. Today, unfortunately, early menopause is occurring more and more often, ie an increasing number of young women enter menopause in their thirties. This is due to a large number of pollutants, improper and irregular diet, stress and nervousness.
ESTROGEN AND COLLAGEN DEFICIENCY
The hormone estrogen is one of the main guardians of fluid in tissues. It is crucial in controlling the formation and action of collagen, an important structural molecule. This molecule builds all the supporting human tissues, cartilage and bones. Lack of water is the main cause of collagen degeneration in the somewhat older, ie. more mature age. It is then that the level of the hormone estrogen is very low.
Another unavoidable function of estrogen is to control the complete sexual development of a woman. During puberty, it affects the formation of secondary sexual characteristics. From then until menopause, it has a special role in the hormonal status of every woman.
Estrogen hormone dominates the first phase of the hormonal (menstrual) cycle. On the other hand, progesterone dominates in the second phase, precisely in order to prepare a woman for pregnancy.
ESTROGEN DEFICIENCY SYMPTOMS IN YOUNG WOMEN
Delay and absence of a regular menstrual cycle. Very often, women with irregular menstruation enter the early menu break (before their forties).
Night sweats that occur in the area of the head, neck and chest and unpleasant hot flashes (hot flashes in menopause) indicate a deficiency of this hormone.
There is also fatigue and tiredness.
There are also sudden changes in mood (alternating laughter and crying, joy and sorrow).
There is no desire for sexual intercourse, because intercourse can be painful due to dryness of the vagina.
Estrogen deficiency causes consequent loss of bone mass and osteoporosis.
Infertility in slightly younger women also indicates a lack of estrogen.
