Philippines: the USA feared Marcos

The United States of America was afraid that the Philippines will become more powerful than them, one of the reasons is the Philippine Pesos is gaining a very strong currency at that time that almost made one PHP equivalent to a US dollar. The U.S.A. made black propaganda against Marcos to throw the president so that the growing country stops and make its move on making the most powerful country at that time. It was successful and now the Philippines is suffering from the consequences of dumb Filipinos that time who easily believed every word thrown by Aquinos.
