We all face tough situations in our lives and times it becomes so hard to stay positive. I will try to share some basic but very important things which we can do to stay positive in those situation.
1: Try to think about some situation that you already faced and got out of it:
Thinking about a past experience is going to give you some confident that you can get out of the situations this time too. Things might look tough right now but they are not going to stay like this forever. You just have to keep faith.
2: Try meditation to calm your mind, and let it think.
Meditation another very important thing which you can try, as it calms your mind. Most of the times when we face tough situations, we tend to loose our focus, and as a result some times we end up taking wrong decisions.
So, it is very important to have a calm, focused mind and it is only possible when you relax and meditate..
