No condition in Life is ever permanent. So whatever you are currently going through don't think its the end.

Constantly remind yourself that whiles there is Life there is Hope.

In a state of depression, I will encourage you to take in enough water to freshing up the brain.

Stay in touch with Almighty through prayers for strength, Hope and courage to press on.

And finally, find solace in the fact that Gods delays are not His denials. Even though is stormy now, it won't rain forever.

Well said dear... Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope. Let your hopes, not your hurts, shape your future.I think it's a mistake to ever look for hope outside of one's self.hope is from within

Let our hope floats. In time of difficulties, adversaries, trials, and misfortune, it is a normal to feel that the world is against us, and start questioning why us not they. What we have done of being punish like this. But I would say that God never gives those burdens that we cannot carry, trials that we cannot pass because by the time we think it is already dark a light will shine. When on the verge of giving up help will come, and hope sparkles in our eyes. So never lost hope whatever will be for God is always with us, guiding us and bless us.
