Hey everyone there are different ways to live a healthy live ... firstly there are a lot of us here that always undergo a lot of stress for big or little things as well which is not good for us all...well all we have to do is avoid anything be it human or a thing that gives us unnecessary stress it makes our life span shorter because we will keep thinking and thinking thereby overthinking stresses the brain badly... So my advice is to avoid such things that will make you overthink one way or the other an example of what stresses we humans the most is when our Jobs are not moving the way we planned or when we are in a huge amount of dept well all I have to say is that everyone in this world will surely have ups and downs all you have to do is face life the way it comes because these are the challenges that were mentioned in the Bible by Jesus Christ so we just have to face them the way it comes and not try to over shadow it because it will surely come...then as for the aspects of being in so much depts alll you have to do is take your time to pay the people your are owing small small so that the work load won't be much... that's all I can say about this.
Then we move over to food this is the part were most individuals fall in most of us keep complaining " we are too fat what can we do" these type of people should always watch the kind of food the eat and also try to exercise it will go a long way for them either ways drink a lot of water , avoid eating late at night,avoid eating heavy food at night, avoid over eating no matter how sweet that food is it will surely turn out as waste . And one more thing don't ever forget to eat a lot of fruits it goes a long way in our digestion and all... Then all those looking for slim tummy just take lots of fruit and avoid eating heavy foods. These are all the tips needed to have a healthy diet.
Another one is bathing regularly as well as brushing our teeth at least twice a day ... immediately you wake up in the morning always remember to brush your teeth before you eat and also before you go to bed...and always take your bath regularly morning and night and we all know the situation of things now so always take your hand sanitizer to avoid all these little infection or the other.
This will be the last tip of the day ... Everyone knows the right time to sleep at night is 8pm so that you will have at least 7 to 8 hrs of sleep except you have something very important to do but it's advisable to sleep for at least 5-6hrs to be physically fit...
