LACK OF PURPOSE:
A purposeless life, simply put, is a life without direction.
Imagine someone heading to nowhere, he just follows any path he sees others passing through without any idea of his destination. That is exactly what a purposeless life looks like.
At a certain point in time, it dawns on such a person that he has been wasting away. A purposeless man will not find satisfaction in life because he has not discovered what he should live for and consume his passion on.
There is a purpose for life. You reading this, there is a purpose you are alive.
There is a reason you still have breath in your nostrils.
There is a reason you escaped those near death calamities.
Until you discover purpose, life will be meaningless and filled with frustration.
The thing is, if there is no particular reason we are here, then life is not worth the struggle!
Have you wondered why someone will be so wealthy but lack a sense of fulfillment? It's because purpose is not found.
Have you discovered your purpose?
You purpose had been scripted long before the world began. You therefore, have to act it out.
God, your creator, invested so much in you in terms of of all that make you up. Your abilities, talents, gifts, personality are pointers to purpose.
Imagine a tree on a fertile land, with all needed nutrients available for it to flourish, just for it to never bear fruits! Isn't that a waste of resource? Wouldn't it be better if it just doesn't exist?
To live a fruitful and fulfilled life, you must discover your purpose. How do you go about it?
🌼Get your information from your manufacturer. He knows the exact reason why He created you. ASK HIM!
🌼Look within yourself to identify your God given potentials, gifts and abilities. These are tools with which you can fulfill purpose. Prayerfully discover what exactly is within you that can be used in fulfilling destiny.
To discover is one thing, but to fulfill is another. How do you execute your discovered mission?
🌼 Follow God's direction always and be obedient
🌼 Develop yourself and hone your gifts. Raw gold doesn't attract so much value until refined. Men will come to your light if it shines!
🌼 Surround yourself with like minded fellow who can aid your walk in purpose
To finish well,
🌼Be focused on the finishing line and avoid distractions.
🌼 Don't allow your yesterday's success prevent tomorrow's exploit. This is why apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:13, Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Till you die, strive to be more!
