Minatamis na Saging at Kamote Easy and very simple merienda that you can try. Last time, nagpost ako ng photo of my minatamis na saging/kamote and some requested for a video so here it is. Same recipe lang po, ibang kulay lang ng kamote.
WARNING: NOT FOR DIABETICS OR AFRAID OF SUGAR. Skip this recipe kung ayaw ng matamis.
INGREDIENTS -10 Saging (hiwain sa tatlo) -5 kamote ( balatan at hiwain ng malaki) -1 cup cooked sago (or 1/2 cup uncooked tapioca pearls) -Asukal brown ( i used 1 1/2 cup) -Tubig ( mga 2 to 3 cups) - kaunting salt to balance yung sweetness Pwede maglagay ng langka, kamoteng kahoy, vanilla extract kung available. Procedure Pagsamahin ang asukal at tubig sa isang kaserola. Pakuluin. Pag kumulo na, ilagay na ang saging ( kung hinog na hinog na, isabay ito sa kamote). Pag mejo malambot na (manibalang ang gamit ko) ilagay na ang kamote. Pakuluin pa hanggang sa lumambot ang kamote. Then pang huli ang sago. Maglagay din ng kaunting asin at vanilla extract for flavor. After mailagay ang sago, lutuin lamang ng mga 2 to 3 min. Okay na po yun. Enjoy!
