Ingredients

Flour, minced meat, green peas, onion, carrots, Irish potatoes,Salt, Water, Curry, thyme, Red dry pepper, seasoned cube, Vegetable oil

Procedure

Wash and diced the Irish potatoes, carrots and onions into different plates and set aside.

Boil the minced meats. Add curry, thyme, 1 seasoned cube and a pinch of salt to taste and set aside.

Boil the diced potatoes, carrots, green peas and onions with the stock meats till the carrots is soft. Then drain the water out.

Fry the minced meat with the vegetable oil. Add curry, thyme and red dry pepper and mix properly. Add the drained potatoes, carrots, green peas, onions and mix properly and set aside.

To make the samosa dough. Pour the flour, add vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt and a little warm water bit by bit and mix properly until you get stretchy dough.

Cover the samosa dough for some minutes with an air tight aluminum foil. Then knead the dough to make it more elastic.

Place the dough on a well-floured surface. Roll out dough about 2 inch thick. Using a glass cup or a small round bowl of about 4 inches cut out circles by gently pressing on the dough and releasing it.

Cut each into 2 equal halves. : Form a cone shape with one of the halves. Scoop some meat sauce into the cone shape and cover it.

Put some vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry until it is golden brown.

Enjoy.
