Good morning community today I would like to write about real estate and how it is one of the few areas where the big economic heavyweights are.

Yesterday I made a trip to my city, a normal route of about one hour.

My eyes catch that at any point there are houses.

Of all types all sizes and most likely they are people who pay for them all their lives.

Why does the government approve this, knowing that it is a leveraged game.

It is true that it provides jobs to millions of people but at the same time it profits with people's time.

Because a house is a right with today's technologies.

In Chile a common house is paid in more than 50 years more than half of your life canceling the whim of some rich person.

So you can be beaten for not wanting to buy a house.

In Chile if you don't give your time to someone else they simply use force.

It is worrying what humans have come to.

How can we stop this or is it too late.

My opinion is that the greedy ones will swell up and leave everything, as always happens with bubbles but with the government being involved this smells a little more bad.

The common people will suffer as all their lives they have paid for something that is worthless.

I value every comment, I know my posts lack content but I have been very busy with different topics, I invite you to comment or add value.

"Why does the government approve this, knowing that it is a leveraged game."

It is the government
doing this to the poor
on behalf of crony organizations
who could not do this without government support. <- edited

thanks for your comment, it's hard to think about it because you grew up with your family, but we all work for the government.

Thanks to your observation,
this will be something to consider carefully.

When you write:
"...we all work for the government."
what it seems to mean is that whatever we participate in
that is part of a government = we work for government.
If we do not participate, then we are not working.
Inversely(?): Whatever we participate in becomes our government.

Which suggests a concept
I discussed elsewhere with @VoluntaryJapan.
When we use BCH we are
replacing the financial arm of government with the BCH system.
Using your perspective,
we might regard BCH as a financial government.
I am quite happy to see
government central banks replaced by BCH.
What else do you think we can replace?

By replacing the government we replace life, humans would be freed from their cage, trade would return to people, although it is unlikely and if it were to happen it would be a gradual collapse because people would have the power but thousands of production chains would be totally lost.
