Beautiful morning to try again, never give up even if it's not working our way. Keep going and don't be distracted, good things don't come easily you have to strive for them. Be of good behavior and stay focused, be humble, and maximize every opportunity that comes your way, play safe and don't run into unnecessary debts to live the life you want when the time isn't right. Lesson learned in a hard way In this generation, parents no longer have time to cater to their children, they are left to find their ways around life themselves. In the fight for survival, many fought and are victorious while some drifted away by the storm of life. Proper upbringing goes a long way in defining a child's life. A child who lacks proper parenting will turn out to be a vagabond unless he or she brought him or herself up in a good way. But in this generation, it is hard to see a child walking in the right part without the parent's supervision. Recently, I met a battered lady who was lamenting how her life turned out, in her case, she had her parents with her who are showing her the right part to follow but she didn't take heed. She wanted to do what others are doing, she wanted to enjoy life, she wanted to explore, and in the end, it landed her in trouble. She left home at an early age just because she doesn't want her parents to control her lifestyle. She put up with a friend in another state and completely forgot about home, she continues with her life surfing getting herself into different kinds of dirty lifestyles. She drinks, smokes as well as takes hard drugs, while doing this she didn't see anything bad in it because she felt she is enjoying her youth until it takes another turn on her. She became ill suddenly and her friends couldn't bear the cost of treatment anymore, it was then she remembered she had parents. They brought her back home and as parents should do they welcomed her back and started running around for her treatment. She was diagnosed with a kidney problem and she will be needing a kidney transplant. None of her so-called friends were there with her during this difficult stage of her life. The parents and family she neglected were the ones who stood by her and raise funds for her treatment, fortunately for her, she got a donor and she is back on her feet. During her dying state, she regretted all her actions and wished she could turn back the hands of time but fortunately for her, she didn't lose her life in the process. Although she learned her lesson the hard way, I'm glad she learned and corrected her mistakes.

Comparison: the beginning of the downfall Why do we compare? This is the mistake we humans make in life, we compare ourselves to others which is the root of some problems we face in life. You want to wear designer clothes because your friend is wearing designer, and you want to ride the latest car because your mates are riding it. Comparison has made some people go the extra mile which has cost them their lives and those that didn't lose their lives in the process are in one problem or another other such as debt and other financial crises. People don't want to work hard to achieve greatness anymore, we are all looking for a shortcut to wealth all we get this thinking from comparison. Recently I heard the news of a 22-year-old boy who did a ritual to upvote his wealth at a tender age. He killed 6 people with his car just because he needed them for a ritual that day, unfortunately for him, he was caught. When his car was searched, different occultic materials were found in his car including ladies' undies, and after questioning he said he wanted to belong to the gang of big boys that's why he took the steps he took. At the end of his struggle, he was burnt to death by the angry mob. The comparison led him to taking the wrong decisions which led to his death at an early age. Making someone else's opinion your reality is the beginning of the downfall of many people in the world today. Learn to be yourself and enjoy your life as it unfolds, don't compare yourself to anyone, life is in phases.

Debt tags one with a bad name and it puts pressure on one's life. Manage your resources well and stay out of debt no matter how small. Keep an eye on your spending, invest more and spend less only then you can be financially independent .

Investment: a key to financial freedom Investment is the commitment of current financial resources to achieve higher gains in the future. Investment is securing your future. Investment creates the potential for long-term returns. No one is born poor, an individual's attitude to managing their wealth is what matters most. Investment is an asset acquired or invested in to build wealth and save money from the hard-earned income or appreciation. Financial bad times happen to nearly everyone, but there are keys to financial freedom such as setting life goals, making a budget, staying off debt, and most importantly investing. In life, our needs will continue to increase as humans but prudent spending can take off huge risks from our necks. Having enough savings, investments, and cash on hand to afford the lifestyle you want for yourself and your family. Financial freedom should be every human priority. Unfortunately, many people fall short of financial freedom. Overspending is a constant burden that keeps humans from reaching their goals. It disrupts all plans and adds additional holes to a safety net. Having enough knowledge of financial freedom and risk management makes one live a stress-free life. Investment helps outperform inflation, provides a regular income, tailors to your changing needs, and helps to fit your financial circumstances. Pretense Why do people pretend? Have you asked yourself this question once? Well, I do ask myself most times when I get disappointed. In life, I have learned that the best way not to get disappointed is not to expect anything from anyone. Once you live by this rule you will live a stress-free life and manage everyone's attitude you meet in your journey in life. Why will you pretend to be who you are not just to take advantage of another person? Living by your rules doesn't make you a fool, it signifies how disciplined and independent you are. Comparing and pretending to be who you are not to get favored or won over someone's heart is living in deceit. A wise man once told me that" Our behavior or attitude is like smoke it can't be hidden for long" Why then do you have to go through the stress of camouflage just to beat yourself at your game? Like I said a few days ago in one of my short posts, never live to impress anyone. Being yourself is the best gift you can give yourself which can pave way for you anywhere in life. Communication: a powerful weapon It's a new week and in the festive mood, I thought of sharing with you this important topic which I will like you all to contribute and share with me your point of view. WHAT IS COMMUNICATION? Communication is the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium., this is the dictionary meaning of communication. I would love to define communication as keeping in touch and keeping your heart connected with someone. Good communication ease stress and tension, it helps the journey of friendship and most importantly relationship to sail free in the ocean of love. Communication prevents danger, it serves as a savior sometimes and helps to strengthen the bonds between friends, lovers, and families. Good communication helps a family to look perfect to the outside world even when they are not perfect. It brings peace of mind when your heart is troubled, like I said earlier it helps to relieve pain. Let's take a relationship as an example, in a relationship where the two love birds lack good communication skills, such a relationship is open to various misunderstandings and problems. If both of them are claiming introverted and none seems to care whether they share thoughts, and gists and remind each other of the good old days that will be the opener of issues in their relationship. Tell each other how your day went, share the experiences you gathered throughout the day, and give room for liveliness. Good communication helps fight battles not physical battles but it helps win an argument or a misunderstanding before they happen. For example, a report came from an outsider to you either as a man or woman saying your partner was seen in a place not sure if you approve of if there is good communication and rapport between the two he or she will be able to defend the other by saying I was told and that settles the case. In every form of relationship, communication is very important and it saves someone from lots of stress later in the future, learn to create good communication skills either as friends or as lovers and such a relationship will stand the test of time. The other me Have you ever thought of what you would like to be if you aren't human? It's funny, right? Sometimes I do have this weird thinking that if there should be another version of me then what would I like to be? I would love to be a mermaid, I've always wished to be a mermaid I love those creatures. Growing up amidst children of younger ages that love watching cartoons and tv animations I developed an interest in them too as I joined them in watching. One of their favorites is barbie, this cartoon has different series that come in different forms and my favorite is "barbie the mermaid tail" when I watched this particular cartoon I got obsessed with the mermaid and I developed an interest in watching mermaid movies. Mermaids are beautiful creatures, I love the way they wiggle in the water I love the half-human, half-fish nature it makes them unique. Ancient history once had it that the river osun goddess is a mermaid, I don't know how true this is but we were made to believe so, and her devotees gave the testimony that she is a mermaid. I would love to see her if it's true so that I can feel the tail and her body if it's different from a human's body. Mermaids are lovely creatures and watching them on tv makes me want to be like them, it's my imagination though. What will you like your second version to be? Fighting against all odds: self discipline What are you going through? What situation in life makes you think you are a nobody? Why did you think less of yourself? And why are you giving up easily? Sometimes we have to sit and ask ourselves some questions to open up our brains and understand the world we are living in. We need self-evaluation to think back on how we've been living our lives, to see where we've made mistakes to retrace our steps. At some point in life, making decisions becomes an individual business, your parents won't be there anymore to tell you things to do, and you will be left with the training you've received from home and how well you have trained yourself also. At this point, many youngsters miss it and a wrong step at this crucial stage in life can cause such an individual to his/ her life even before an amendment is made that is if possible. Self-discipline, control, and evaluation are very important in living a successful life, how do you fight against all odds if you are not knowledgeable enough? In this situation, age doesn't count maturity does the work. In the world today we've seen young men and ladies taking crucial decisions about their lives and it pays well in the long run then people began to wonder and say how did she or how did he do that at this young age? In a situation whereby you were left alone to fight the world, how will you be victorious if you are not self-disciplined? Don't let your needs be your boss this is one of the major things that causes downfall in life. Some people's weakness is money, while some are food, some are women and some are material needs, if all these things are your priorities such a person is close to self-destruction. We all have our needs but never let your needs rule over us, controlling your needs is part of self-discipline, and once an individual can do this successfully progress is inevitable. Some people's weakness is talking, this has ruined many destinies, learn to keep your plans to yourself and let them speak by themselves when you finally succeed in executing them. Some live their whole lives on social media platforms and by doing so their progress is being monitored thereby opening doors for people to see how far they have gone in life and inviting problems upon themselves. The joy and pain of motherhood It's been a hectic day and getting back home so late something popped up in my mind that I will like to share with you all. WHO IS A MOTHER? There are different definitions for a mother, you can define it from your point of view and what it means to you. As for me, my mother is my confidant, my best friend, my hero, my everything, and my guidance angel. A mother is like a shield that protects her offspring from danger, a mother is a fighter who never gives up on her children, and a mother is a superhero that helps in times of trouble. A mother is like rain that waters her seeds to make them grow, a mother is also like the sun that supplies her kids with the strength they needed to move forward in life. A mother is always there for her children, she gives listening ears and encourages them even if the whole world is against them. A mother goes through pain just for her children's sake, not only during childbirth but even when the children are grown. A mother goes through the pain of pregnancy, the mood swing, the weird urge for irrelevant food combinations, the back, and leg aches, and sometimes the loss of appetite with different morning sicknesses. After all this round one pain now comes the minutes and sometimes hours of madness and extreme pain when she is trying to bring the child into the world, after this breathtaking journey raising the child is another battle she had to fight and win if not the world will point accusing fingers at her. Is it the sleepless night she will have to endure, or the pain she will go through when the child is unwell? A mother is always strong because she has to or else who will stand in the gap for her? The saying "I will be your mother can never be as your mother" a mother does not have a replacement no matter how bad she is. The joy of a mother is seeing her children grow and become someone great in life, only then can she have peace of mind and sit back then smiled that all her hard work paid off. That is when a mother is happy that all her labor wasn't in vain. I celebrate my mother for being the best of all I don't know about you. How difficult could saying sorry be? There is joy in living a life free of worries, sorrows, and pains. This is the reason why we should always do unto others what we want them to do unto us. Before you hurt someone, it is always said that try to puncture your skin a little with a pin just to feel how painful it is to get hurt but it's so unbelievable that in our society today humans didn't have or appreciate or know the importance of human feeling. This is why it is easy and convenient for evil perpetrators to carry out their plans. We were created with a conscience to put our deeds into check, either you are wrong or right your conscience always brings to your remembrance the things you did. But it's so unfortunate that many humans or let me say 70% of the human on earth doesn't have a conscience or doesn't have a living conscience. They murdered their conscience and how? By not listening to his/her corrections, by not following the right part he/she is showing them. There are magic words that can calm a wounded heart and make amendments without going through violence and sorry is part of these magic words. Saying sorry can pave unexpected ways and help console a broken heart but as simple as this word seems people find it difficult to say it when they had to. The word sorry doesn't kill it saves, and it helps to ease tension, helps to calm an angry heart, and brings peace. I once witnessed a scenario where a young lady averagely in her early 20s bumped into another lady at the entrance of a shopping mall and instead of her to say sorry she started hurling abusive words at the lady she bumped into. The lady was surprised at her behavior but she didn't retaliate instead she said sorry and left, it was then I realized the importance of the word sorry. The person who is at fault didn't say sorry rather she wanted to fight but because the innocent lady knows and understands the magic in the word sorry she decided to quench the fire the lady at fault is fueling and she went her way. This innocent lady displays maturity which the other lady didn't have. How difficult is the word sorry that she couldn't bring herself to say? Many people believe so much about their age that they think once they are wrong to a younger person apologizing isn't necessary which is not supposed to be. Relationship and pride Blessed morning to all my read cash family, hope you all had a good night's rest. My sincere appreciation to everyone reading and commenting on my posts. Nothing ruins a relationship faster than pride, that arrogant feeling can scatter a strong bond and create enmity between two or more people. In our society, people tend to care more about age and I do tell people whenever I have the chance that age isn't maturity, it isn't an achievement, it is just a number for you to take note of your days on earth. Strolling down my street two days ago, I came across a group of four secondary school girls arguing over a matter and one of them got furious shouting at the top of her voice to one of them saying"I'm not your mate, because we are in the same class doesn't make me your mate, you that don't have what it takes to feed yourself" those words hit me deeply and I wish I could defend the girl she was fighting with but I didn't know the cause of their argument but I sense pride in the girl attacking the other girl. Pride is a feeling that makes you think you are superior to another person just because of some qualities you possess and are not present in another person, pride makes one think without my presence they can't do anything. And this put asunder into many relationships, relationships either friendship or marriage should be rooted in love because lack of love always ruins whatever bond you are building. To build a strong relationship, pride must not be encouraged, either as a friend or couple never let pride get in your way of achieving great things together. I like using myself as an example because I'm always grateful to God for the family I came out of, my parents tried their best to imbibe in us humility and as children, we encouraged it too and it has helped me personally in every area of my life. My father is a man who will give anything to acquire knowledge even if it means kneeling to a five-year-old boy and that doesn't stop nor hinder his greatness nor does it reduce his age. People believe once you come down to a lower level to achieve a greater aim, you have lost your value which is not true, sometimes to achieve greatness we have to come down from our high horses and be as meek as we can be. Humility doesn't kill it helps strengthen bonds, once it will profit me and widen my understanding of things I can go as low as earth not minding my status. Taking to correction is also a way to live a happy life, thanks to @fashtioluwa he corrected me on one of my write-ups yesterday and when I checked I saw my mistakes and I corrected them. Home training: being yourself Good morning to you all, hope you all had a wonderful night's rest. Thanks to everyone that has been tipping and commenting on my posts, appreciate it all, and bigger thanks to rusty he has been giving me joy. The topic I'm about to talk about today was inspired by an experience I once gathered during my time away from home. When a child is away from his or her parents or away from where such a child can be cautioned a lot is bound to happen and when I say a lot I mean a lot. Sometimes ago, my education took me away from my parents and I had to get a little apartment at a tender age just for that purpose, I had my freedom and no one to caution me not chastise me then I felt I can do whatever and whenever I like. I saw girls of my age and those lesser than my age going to parties, clubs, drinking, and some going as far as smoking, I opened my mouth wide in surprise and I was like is this what life outside home looks like? I didn't fit into their circle because I wasn't brought up that way and for me to teach myself such things it's going to take a long time because I will have to convince myself first and then start adjusting gradually to the new lifestyle. I became a laughing stock because most of these things I couldn't join and one day I was invited to a club, I haven't been to one before so I was curious I wanted to know what they do there and what a club looks like, I've only seen it in home movies and now I am about to have the full experience. I dressed up waiting for the girls to call me up in a few minutes I was called and we set out for the club, getting there I knew from the entrance that this is not an ideal place for me to be but I remained obstinate to my conscience telling me to go back home. I heard my parent's warnings ringing loud and clear in my ears but I entered and sat down, they began their activities and my heart was beating as if it will pop out of my chest. The whole room was smoky and after some minutes my respiratory system starts reacting to the smoke, I'm not asthmatic but I don't do well with the smoke, and this time I care less about what the girls will think about me I just want to get out of there and get fresh air. I stood up to leave and one of the girls held me back trying to convince me to stay but I just couldn't stand the smoke and all the activities in there, I am a lover of music, and music is pleasant to the ears but the ones blaring out of the speakers inside the club is far from being pleasant it is noise so disturbing to the ears and every one of them there was shouting and dancing but I just couldn't bare it anymore. My eardrums were seizing, and my head began to bang immediately I dashed out of the club room, and as I stepped outside the fresh air I received gave me life. As I got home I had to pour water on my head to reset my brain and I slept off, waking up the next morning I realized the importance of the home training my parents imbibed in me before leaving home then I retraced my steps and keep to the moral values I've learned from home. Being yourself is the best thing to live a successful life, don't imitate anybody, and don't compete with anyone, live in your world and be who you keep to the good values you have in you, don't try to outrun destiny because once you do that such individual will live his or her life in jeopardy. Giving is living The right attitude to life is very important in living a worthy and impactful life. Knowing the basic things that can improve one's life and makes one grow at every stage of life is one of the right attitudes. Like the popular saying "givers never lack" which is true, a giver will never lack even when it is at the dying minute. Givers are not the ones that give just to show off their wealth, givers are not the ones that give just to show their superiority, givers are those that give with genuine heart and accept nothing in return. Givers are those that understand the basics of giving, and the blessings embedded in giving, givers are those that give without adding conditions, givers don't see reasons to give they give because it comes from their heart and because they have a heart of giving. There is a difference between having a giving heart and coming from our heart, it might come from our heart to give because we know we will receive something in return, it takes someone with a giving heart to give willingly without looking back. A man of God once said and I quote" when you stop giving, you start dying", if you find it difficult to give either to the less privileged or even to the privileged it would be difficult for such a person to attain wealth. Giving creates better chances for an individual and helps open doors of favor. A giver is never stranded because help will surely locate such a person. Stinginess tags someone with a bad name and it destroys relationships while giving helps build relationships and create strong bonds. Giving helps create a platform even for generations unborn because the good deeds of a father can pave way for his great-grandchildren even yet unborn, giving is an investment for future purposes it is saving for the rainy day. Never stop giving because it is a password to long life, givers enjoy the divine blessings of God, and givers are God's angels, and giving beautifies the life of the giver. Financial success and stability How do you manage your financial life? The financial aspect of our lives is an aspect we are to guide jealously, it should be a priority in living a fulfilled life. If you are not financially dependent you will surely be a slave to whoever you run to whenever you need help. Living at the mercy of another person for financial help all because they are family is not a good ideology, thinking it's their responsibility to answer you whenever you call them for assistance because you once helped them or your parents once helped them so you think it's your right such mentality only ends in disgrace at the long run. Making the best use of the opportunities we see is the best, never rely on others even your parents learn to work to earn a living for yourself. There are steps to financial success it's just that people don't believe so much in these steps and poor management of resources leads to poverty. Making money it's an individual race you might be a friend to a rich man and you remain poor, learning these basic steps and following them is the best key to opening any door to financial success. Firstly, don't be lazy, an idle person cannot attain the level of financial success. Start a little, expand, and grow more, acquire more knowledge about the work you are doing, and know how to create a difference in your approach. Secondly, be contented with what you have, a covetous person who only thinks of himself or herself and has the urge to have everything including the unnecessary ones will find climbing the ladder of success very difficult. Thirdly, walk with positive-minded people, I believe so much in the statement" the people you walk with define who you are". If you walk with people that will teach you how to spend lavishly and lead you astray such individuals will run into unavoidable debt and that way financial success and stability will be just a slogan to such a person. When you work hard and follow all these steps and you finally reached the level of financial success how do you maintain it and keep your wealth stable? Fourthly, savings, anyone who doesn't know how to save or invest cannot maintain financial freedom. Making a reasonable investment, and knowing when to spend and when not to this is not stinginess, it is wise to spend. Saving for the rainy day that is the day you will have to fall back to your investment when all possible doors aren't opening then you will remember your investment and such will save you at that point. Learn to save, be contented, and walk with people that affect your life positively you will see that financial success is real to whoever wants it. A fight against depression I define depression as the act of feeling lost in your world, it is a state that affects the mind and shatters the strong heart. It weakens the body and makes one feel dejected, depression leads to many unforeseen circumstances, and if not fighting against such individuals going through depression can do the unexpected. There are lots of challenges that will surface in human life, and how strong your mind is prepared to tackle these challenges will determine victory. No one is an island of knowledge and when things aren't going the way we want, it makes us feel incomplete as humans. Seeing your mates succeed in the outside world can make one think less of himself or herself and that's how the inferiority complex sets gradually such individuals started developing low self-esteem and this is the beginning of fallen glory. Thinking less of yourself makes it difficult to achieve greatness in life, and giving up when you haven't given it a trial makes it difficult to climb the ladder of success. Failure is inevitable in human life and at this difficult time, many people think they have lost it all and probably that is the end. Without trying again they start to think and run to alcohol for solace and in the end become a drunkard eventually if God turns the situation around such a person will not fit into that position anymore because all qualities would have been lost. Depression can lead to suicide, taking off one's life by himself or herself. Many people have taken their lives because they believe they can't make it anymore after the first attempt. HOW CAN WE PUT A FIGHT AGAINST DEPRESSION Putting a fight against depression is an individual race because no one might be there with you or for you when you are going through this tough time this is the reason why you have to fight it on your own. Doing what makes you happy and what makes you see yourself as a better version of who you are now is one of the ways to overcome depression. And also associating yourself with positive-minded people can make you overcome depression quickly, positive thinking will help you grow your mind and prepare your body even when things are going otherwise that is why good company is very important in living a fulfilled life. Many people committed suicide today as a result of not having people around them to talk to, some people need just someone to talk to and once they pour out their minds they will be okay, let's try to give people listening ears when they request our attention. We all put on smiling faces no one knows what the other person is going through but once our time is requested please let's create a little time to hear them out and that little time might save someone's life. My journey into love It's been a wonderful time back here on and thanks to you all for your immense support. Thinking back, I understand why people give up on love, and in reality, no one needs to be blamed because experience is a great teacher, and due to the flexibility of our hearts as a human we might not want to go through that process anymore. Love is a beautiful thing, but do you know this statement is applicable when you are with the right person? A partner who will do anything for your happiness, a partner who will stand up for you when the world stands against you, a partner who will give his or her best to put a smile on your face, a partner who understands your weaknesses and never use it against you, a partner who cares about your growth and future, a partner whose priority is seeing you at the top. If all this is not available in the relationship you are dying to keep then what exactly are you protecting? This is the question we ought to be asking ourselves every time we want to go into a relationship. When I come of age and I'm to start having a relationship as a young lady, I became scared because I'd seen my friends go through emotional heartbreaks and traumas which led some of them to the hospital and a state of depression. I don't want to go through all that but as we all know such things are inevitable if you are not with the right person. Some may be with the right person and still face some challenges but it's not forever, in a relationship and even in marriage challenges will surely come but two like minds work things out together in a positive way, and in the end, they will enjoy a blessed and fruitful marriage. Going through relationship tough times, it got to a stage where I told my parents to love is a scam and it's not worth all the stress, my father said "it looks like a scam because you've met those who decided to be a scammer" it sounds funny but it's true then I sat to think how do you meet the right person. With that, I let go of all worries and moved on with my life unknown to me that my choice of man is so close to me doing an underground check on me. He came as a surprise and at the time I wasn't expecting any man because I am not interested but due to some conviction I was able to love again and that stranger becomes my fiance today. It is a long journey back to love but it is a great experience too and fun-filled, because it isn't working today doesn't mean it's not going to work all it takes is patience, and at the right time two right souls will meet and everything will work out for good. We will survive Happy Sunday to you all and thanks to everyone that commented on my previous post also a big thank you to those that tipped me, I appreciate every one of you and most importantly to rusty my joy giver of all time. Looking at the struggle we had to pull up within the present state Nigeria is in now, each one of us as citizens needs a word of encouragement to keep us going in order not to run into depression because nothing is amusing in the country anymore. In the past few months, it has been from one bad situation to another and the government isn't doing anything to make life easier for the people they are called to serve. People had named the situation as bad as the intensity on their side, many called it "shege" and many called it "shege pro max", before the election each of the political parties came out with their manifestos and juicy offers just to gain people's trust for the citizens to vote for them. Before the election, the federal government all suddenly decided to change the country's currencies with short notice, and the old currencies were banned as legal tender whereas the new currencies aren't in circulation. The citizens couldn't get to do their business because physical cash isn't available for spending, and the local men and women who don't have bank accounts aren't taking transfers they're bringing sales to a standstill. Electronic banking which could have been an alternative also is not functioning well, transfers aren't going through due to network problems and this became a major concern for everyone. Going to the bank to collect the little amount of cash to spend became a war, people will have to queue from morning till night with no hope of going home with the money. The cost of living became very high, fuel is scarce at some point in time and consumable goods like foodstuff became very expensive that the less privileged couldn't afford the cost of transportation also became very high that you have to think twice before going out to minimize spending. During this struggle, some lost their lives while some of us keep on trying to survive in the storm, the government isn't talking about improving the system for the convenience of their citizens, and the only source of joy is oneself. Everyone is working hard to survive and make ends meet in the dying economy. Doing what brings you happiness is the only escape route from depression because the person you wanted to depend on is also going through tough times therefore we are surviving based on the happiness we give ourselves. Later after the presidential election, the federal government announced that the banned old currencies should continue to be in circulation and should be used as legal tender together with the new notes but surprisingly both the old and the new notes are nowhere to be found which makes the struggle for survival more intense. One good thing that I love about Nigeria is that no matter how difficult and heartbreaking the situation might be we always find our way around to keep ourselves happy either through our music or fun which we all know as cruise. I know we will survive and everything will be back to normal, it might take time but I'm sure we will survive because there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Getting back on my feet Failure is a normal thing in human life but getting back on your feet after you fall is what matters most. The challenges of life will come and that is sure but realizing this and working our way through to victory is the most important thing. Growing up as a child, I faced several challenges and some of which would have claimed my life because at a point depression was setting in but I was able to brace up and encourage myself into becoming a better person and facing my fear no matter how scary the world might be. As a little girl, I couldn't fight back at some because I didn't have the strength and understanding of how to fight and win. After I reached a certain age, I came to understand that you can design your life yourself, the kind of life you live depends on how you wanted it to be. After I wrote my first waec(west African examinations council) examination and I failed two core subjects that must be included before I can gain admission into a higher institution, I became devastated and wanted to give up on education. I remembered crying myself out the day I received my waec result and every consolation doesn't matter to me at that particular time I just wanted to give up. After a few days when I was back to my normal self, I sat down to think of the way forward because I wanted to go to a higher institution then I decided to write the examination again the following year. I wrote the examination and I failed one core subject again then instead of sitting back to cry I searched my inner mind and look for what I can do that will bring me happiness till I get my papers and finally go to a higher institution. Then I decided to go for auxiliary nursing, which I have loved since I was a child. Every child's dream or wish is to become a medical doctor so I can say I am not left out when being a medical doctor didn't work I just wanted to be in the medical line either as a nurse or laboratory technician and during my fall because of my waec I was able to achieve this. I wrote the examination the following year and I passed all and I gain admission that same here, while in school my nursing knowledge surely helped me out a lot so the time I spent waiting for my papers to be completed to forward my education isn't wasted. During the period of my fall, I receive much criticism from friends and family, some advice from my parents to allow me to learn handwork and forget about schooling, and some advice from them to allow me to go to the college of education so that I can become a teacher and after I'm done they will marry me off. When I remember all the advice today I just smile and say thank God for all these challenges they shaped me into becoming a better person because what doesn't mar you will make you. Determination, focus, and faith in oneself are the only way to rise after being defeated, although it might seem difficult to rise after falling, with determination and belief with love from those that trust and believe in you, I can say nothing is impossible. In conclusion When you fall it is a stepping stone to the greater height, don't give up, and don't look down on yourself, these two factors are enemies of progress. What went wrong? This is the question many Nigerians are asking themselves now because of the present condition of the country. It has gotten to a stage where the citizens don't longer know what is happening in the country and the government isn't giving any reply to the questions the citizens are asking. Amid all these problems, the citizens still have the means to live their normal life until the government introduced another problem which is the new naira note. The election is near and the present political party in power is doing its best to remain in power while the opponent is also trying hard to throne them and get into power. With no prior notice, the government introduced a new naira note with a short period deadline for the old currencies, the citizens think they will adapt to the situation quickly as usual but I guess it's taking longer than necessary. People have to queue up for hours in banks to get their money and after the long queue they might end up not being attended to, many people couldn't transact their business as usual because most traders operate with cash but since they are not able to get enough cash the business has to be put on standstill. People are still in shock of this comes the scarcity of fuel, it is a big slap on the face of an oil-producing country. In some states, it sold at #360,#400, and #500 per liter and all the government can do is to be going on different political rallies to gather their devotees to vote for them in the next election. They aren't listening to the voice of the people, all they care about is their selfish interest. Recently a pregnant woman died in a bank after queuing for several hours with no hope of getting the money and to make it worse fellow citizens are making a living hell for their fellow. You can imagine withdrawing #1000 with #300 in a country where people are struggling hard to survive and we kept on asking where did we get it wrong as a country but we couldn't see anyone give us the answers. 2023:welcome to the new dispensation Beautiful morning from Nigeria to all my loved ones on read cash, hope we all had a beautiful night's rest. It's a new year and gradually the month of January is drawing closer to the end I believe every one of us would have stated out all we wanted to achieve for the year 2023. "Planning is the mother of manifestation," says a wise man, it is what you made plans for that you achieve by working toward it. It will be impossible to attain greater heights you never visualize and once you can't bring it to reality what is the essence of the plans you have that you can't exhibit? That is why we need to make ourselves knowledgeable enough to maximize every opportunity we will be seeing this year. The new year stands as a new beginning for everyone, a time to put what doesn't work the previous year to work in the new year, a time to sit back and reason on what made u fail the previous year that you need to avoid this year. Living a life of caution is all that is necessary and as they say, "bad company corrupts good manners" that is why you need to be watchful and at the same time be careful with those with whom you will share your plans this new year. A life without a plan for what you wanted to achieve in a period can be disastrous because no matter how rich you are there won't be any reasonable result. The fear of failing can also be a hindrance to a greater future, and the fear of trying new things can also disrupt wonderful laid-down plans if you are always scared of stepping ahead of where you are it will be difficult to move forward in life and that is the major cause of some people damnation. Having high self-esteem is not pride, this is one thing we need to understand as humans knowing fully what you want and standing firm on your opinion is the best decision anyone can make in his or her life and that gives head up in life. Some people ask me, what if I have a plan and I was advised against it? Then I reply it is good to listen and take advice but do you know that not all advice is reasonable, if you are advised against your plans go back home and rethink and I always tell people to follow their minds. I believe so much in the saying"once a human made up his or her mind on something do not advise him or her against it because no matter what you say such an individual will not listen". In conclusion In this new year know what you want for yourself, stand firm and achieve the goals you have set for yourself. Never let anyone discourage you from being who you want to be, strive hard to be a better person maximize every opportunity you see and make this year count. Happy new year once again.

My appreciation to readcash Having those who stayed by your side in times of need, those who lend out a helping hand, and those that render shoulders to lean on when you needed them most is the most important thing in human life because nothing can be compared to having your loved ones around you that is why I'm penning this down with so much joy in my heart this morning. My sincere appreciation to the read cash community for the love shown to me when I joined this community to date, being around here has brought nothing but joy to my heart because of the love shown. When I learned about this platform I reluctantly took part but I can say I wished I had known earlier, all the same ever since I became a part of this wonderful community I have been enjoying every single moment here. Read cash is a learning platform and my urge to know more brought me here, learning from my colleague's write-ups and also all the comments on any of my posts has increased my knowledge daily. The act of giving in this community is also amazing, the act of helping one another to reach the peak cannot be estimated and this is the reason why read cash has helped me a lot in my financial life.
