CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients :
4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
2 tablespoons garlic salt (or garlic powder)
1 tablespoon paprika**
3 teaspoons pepper, divided
2-1/2 teaspoons chicken broth cube or powder
2 eggs
3/4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1.8 kilograms chickens (3-1/2 to 4 pounds each), cut up
Oil for deep-fat frying
INSTRUCTIONS

: 1) In a recycled ice cream container (or resealable plastic bag) mix 2 cups of flour, garlic salt, paprika, pepper and chicken powder. Set aside first.
2) In a bowl, beat the egg and water, add salt, pepper and the remaining flour to make a batter.
3) Dip the chicken in the egg mixture or batter and then place the chicken in a container with flour (about 2-3 pieces at a time). Close the container and shake until the chicken is covered with flour.
4) In a pan with a lot of hot oil, fry the chicken about 2-3 pieces until golden brown. 5) Transfer to container with paper liner to remove excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!

WHITE MEAT:
wings = 11 minutes
breast = 11 minutes
