During my last shopping I saw a crab with crab meat being sold on the part of the fisherman.
Although I have not asked how much it weighs and I was able to buy it right away and all I have in mind is that it is delicious to make omelet.
It is delicious when the sauce is soy sauce with calamansi or soy sauce with calamansi. Sweet-chili sauce or ordinary catsup is also possible. Please try again.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Crab Meat / Shredded crab meat
2 pcs. medium size Potatoes (cut into small pieces) 1 cup Green Peas 1 pc.
large size Red Bell Pepper 4 pcs.
Calamansi 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
5 cloves Minced Garlic 1 pc.
White Onion (chopped) 2 pcs.
Tomatoes (diced) 3 tbsp. Canola Oil / more for frying Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Maggie Magic Sarap
5 pcs. Fresh Eggs (beaten)
Way of cooking:
1. In a frying pan sauté the garlic, onion and tomato in the oil.
2. Add the potatoes and red bell pepper. Mix and let the potatoes cook.
3. Next, add the crab meat, green peas and season with calamansi juice, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Mix.
4. Taste and adjust the taste. Put out the fire.
5. In a bowl, beat the egg with Maggie Magic Sarap.
6. Mix the boiled crab meat with the beaten egg.
7. In a non-stick frying pan fry the mixture to the desired size.
8. Cook the other side as well. To do this, simply take a plate larger than the size of the pan. Turn the plate upside down and then turn the pan over. Return the cooked pan to the pan.
Serve while still hot.
