The Bible help me more when im Depressed

Yes the Bible is my number one tool when it come in depression. It help me a lot to enjoy and making me relax. But how? Im gonna explain it to you.

The help that God gives to the depressed Strength. If you ask God for help, he will 'comfort you', not by removing all your problems, but by giving you the strength to endure.
