Filipino favorite dish | Pork adobo | How to Cook it

This is popular diah in the Philippines. You can eat them any occasion. The most serving dish for the Visitors and Families.

But how to prepare it.

Lets get started.

Ingredients 1 kilo pork (sliced)

1/2 cup soy sauce

3/4 cup likes

4 grains of garlic (minced) c

rushed pepper (according to your taste salt according to your taste 2 cups water.

INSTRUCTIONS

Way of cooking:

1. Saute the garlic until slightly browned then add the pork, add salt and pepper to your taste, stir for 3 minutes.

2. Add the soy sauce and vinegar, wait for it to boil then mix, because if it is mixed before the vinegar has boiled it will affect the texture of the meat. Boil for 5 minutes.

3. Add water, continue boiling, until soft and stir occasionally. When soft, turn off the heat, drain the meat and drain the broth. Put the broth with the broth aside.

4. Heat oil, fry the marinade until slightly browned. When this process is complete, return it to the pot from which it was taken, over medium heat and sauté it until the meat is completely softened and the marinade broth thickens.

5. Serve with rice, wash your hands because we will shake hands :-). Its delicious folks, try it. If you want to improve the taste by adding seasoning powders, you already have it.

Note: Be careful when frying it, as the oil spills out, cover the pan while frying to prevent anyone from spilling it out.
