বাড়ি থেকে এই প্রথম বাইরে আসছি । খুব একা লাগতেছে ৷ প্রতিবার বাড়ির বাইরে গেলে ২/৪ দিন পর বাড়ি আসবো এই ভেবে খারাপ লাগতো না আরো ভালো লাগতো যে বাড়ির বাইরে এসে হাফ ছেড়ে বাচলাম৷ কিন্তু এবার আগের মত ভালো লাগছে না। উল্টো বাড়িকেই বেশি মিস করতেছি ।

পাখির বাসা **মানুষ যেমন নানারকম জিনিস দিয়ে নানা কায়দায় নিজেদের বাড়ি বানায়— কেউ ইঁট, কেউ পাথড়, কেউ বাঁশ-কাদা, কেউ মাটি; কারো এক-চালা, কারো দো-চালা— পাখিরাও সেরকম নানা জিনিস দিয়ে নানান কায়দায় নিজেদের বাসা বানায়। কেউ বানায় কাদা দিয়ে, কেউ বানায় ডাল-পালা দিয়ে, কেউ বানায় পালক দিয়ে, কেউ বানায় ঘাস দিয়ে; তার গড়নই বা কতরকমের— কারো বাসা কেবল একটি ঝুড়ির মতো, কারো বাসা গোল, কারো বাসা লম্বা চোঙার মতো।** এক একটা পাখির বাসা দেখলে অবাক হয়ে যেতে হয়, তাতে বুদ্ধিই বা কত খরচ করেছে, আর মেহনতই বা করেছে কত। পাখির বাসা তোমরা অনেকেই দেখেছ বোধহয়। কেমন সুন্দর করে শুকনো ঘাস দিয়ে বুনে তার বাসাটি সে তৈরি করে। পাছে কোন জন্তু বা সাপ আক্রমণ করে সেজন্য বাসায় ঢুকবার রাস্তা তলার দিকে। শত্রুকে জব্দ করবার আর একটা উপায় তারা করেছে— অনেক সময় বাসার গায়ে আর একটা গর্তের মতো মুখ তৈরি করে রাখে, সেটা কেবল ঠকাবারই জন্যে, তার ভিতর দিয়ে বাসার মধ্যে ঢোকা যায় না। টুন্‌টুনি পাখি তার বাসা তৈরি করার আগে দুটি কি তিনটি পাতা সেলাই করে একটা বাটির মতো তৈরি করে; তার মধ্যে নরম ঘাস পাতা দিয়ে সে তার বাসাটি বানায়। সেলাইয়ের সুতো সাধারণত রেশমেরই ব্যবহার করে; কাছে রেশম না থাকলে যে সুতো পায় তাই দিয়ে করে। সেলাইয়ের ছুঁচ হল তার সরু ঠোঁট-জোড়া। বাসাটা অনেকটা দোলনার মতো ঝুলতে থাকে। খুব ছোট জাতের পাখিরা হিংস্র জন্তু আর সাপ গিরগিটির আক্রমণ থেকে রক্ষা পাবার জন্য প্রায়ই ঐরকম দোলনার মতো বাসা তৈরি করে থাকে। অনেক জাতের পাখি আবার মাটিতেই বাসা করে; গাছে বাসা তারা পছন্দই করে না। তাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ আবার বাসা তৈরিই করে না। নিজেরা গাছের আড়ালে ঝোপের মধ্যে লুকিয়ে থাকে আর মাটিতে গর্ত করে তার মধ্যে ডিম পাড়ে। মোরগ, তিতির, পেরু এরা সবই এই জাতের। আবার কোন কোন পাখি সুন্দর করে লতা পাতা দিয়ে কুঞ্জবনের মতো বানায়। অস্ট্রেলিয়া দেশের 'কুঞ্জ-পাখি' (Bower bird) তার বাসার সামনে খুব সুন্দর লতা-কুঞ্জ তৈরি করে। পাখিটি আকারে ছোট বটে, কিন্তু কুঞ্জটি কিছু ছোট হয় না। এদের আবার রংচঙে জিনিসের বড় সখ; ভাঙা কাচ, পাথর, রঙিন জিনিস, যা সামনে পাবে এনে বাসার চারিদিকে সাজিয়ে রাখবে। কোন কোন পাখি থুতু দিয়ে বাসা তৈরি করে। তালচোঁচ পাখি এই জাতের। পালক, ঘাস এসব জিনিস থুতু দিয়ে জোড়া লাগিয়ে তার বাসা তৈরি হয়। ইস্ট ইন্ডিয়া দ্বীপপুঞ্জে এক জাতের তালচোঁচ আছে, তারা কেবলই থুতু দিয়ে নিজের বাসা বানায়। চীন দেশে এ বাসার খুব আদর; তারা এর ঝোল বানিয়ে খায়। এইজন্য সে দেশে এর দামও খুব বেশি। অনেক জাতের পাখি কাদা দিয়েও তাদের বাসা বানায়। আফ্রিকার ফ্লামিঙ্গোর বাসা কাদার তৈরি। একটা ঢিপির মতো কাদা সাজিয়ে তার মাঝে একটা গর্ত করে ফ্লামিঙ্গো ডিম পাড়ে। আরো অনেক জাতের পাখিও কাদার বাসা বানায়; তাদের অধিকাংশই আফ্রিকার। তোমরা অনেকেই বোধহয় কাঠ-ঠোকরা দেখেছ। এরা ঠোঁট দিয়ে ঠোকর মেরে গাছের গায়ে গর্ত করে তার ভিতর বাসা বানায়। দুষ্টু ছেলেরা ছানা চুরি করার লোভে কাঠ-ঠোকরার বাসার গর্তে হাত ঢুকিয়ে দিয়ে অনেক সময় সাপের কামড় খায়, কারণ সাপেরা কাঠ-ঠোকরার বাসা ডাকাতি করে অধিকার করতে বড় পটু। তাই এসব দিক আমাদের খেয়াল রাখা উচিত। আর পাখিরা দেশের প্রাকৃতিক সম্পদ । বাসস্থান না থাকলে এক সময়ে এসব পাখি বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যাবে৷ তাদের বেচে থাকার জন্য আমাদের উচিত বেশি বেশি গাছ লাগায়। যাতে করে প্রকৃতির ভারসাম্য ঠিক থাকে আর পাখিরা তাদের বাসা তৈরি করতে পারে । আমরা আমাদের ছেলে মেয়েদের বলব তারা যেন এরকম করে পাখির বাসা নষ্ট না করে । #বাড়িতে থাকুন নিরাপদ থাকুন৷ সবসময় Read.Cash এর সাথেই থাকুন৷ ধন্যবাদ ।

Scientists revise COVID-19 incubation period to 7.7 days The average incubation period for COVID-19 may be longer than a week, according to new data from more than 1,000 people who contracted the new coronavirus in Wuhan, China. The incubation period of a disease is the time between infection and the emergence of symptoms. Although it varies from person to person, understanding the average incubation period of an infectious disease is critical to controlling it. Authorities use the incubation period to determine the length of quarantine, for instance, as well as to understand how the disease is transmitted and to identify the source of the outbreak. For COVID-19, current estimates of the incubation period are in the region of 4–5 days. However, there is some uncertainty around these estimates due to the novelty of the disease and the fact that only a limited number of studies have tried to establish the incubation period. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/clinical-guidance-management-patients.html The National Institutes of Health (NIH) have now led a study that has allowed researchers to formulate a new, longer estimate for the COVID-19 incubation period. One of the benefits of using this approach is that it reduces recall bias, which is when people make mistakes in remembering past events, such as when they traveled. #Longer incubation period: The researchers found that the median incubation period (the middle value) was 7.76 days, while the mean incubation period (the statistical average) was 8.29 days. However, in some cases, the incubation period was much longer. For 10% of people, the incubation period was longer than 2 weeks (14.28 days), and in 1% of cases, the estimated incubation period was more than 20 days. The youngest person included in the study was a 6-month-old baby, while the oldest person was 86 years old. However, the authors found no evidence that the incubation period for COVID-19 depends on age. #Is a longer quarantine period necessary? The finding that the incubation period may, in some cases, be more than 2 weeks could have important implications for quarantine periods, which are typically 14 days. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), for example, state that anyone who has been in contact with somebody with COVID-19 should quarantine for 14 days. What’s the Difference Between a Lie and the Truth? **“A lie is only believable if you accept it.”**  Person 1: “I could tell he was lying.” Person 2: ‘How?” Person 1: “Because his words were unbelievable!” Person 2: “I missed that.” Do you know the difference between a lie and the truth? It’s the degree to which you believe either. Let me explain. As you’re hearing something, you assess to what degree it may be true; in part, that’s based on what you’ve known to be true from your past experiences. You continue to assess the believability of something the more you hear of it. You wonder to what degree the truth is stretched, at the point when words become suspect. As you continue to listen, once they’re stretched past your point of believability, you then consider the words to be lies. Intellectually you may be aware of the process stated above. But, do you raise your sense of awareness to recognize the thought process you’re engaged in when it’s occurring? It’s important that you do so. In doing so, you raise your sense of consciousness to what’s said, which means you may become alert to prior passages that you overlooked. That also means, you may have allowed lies to go unchallenged, which emboldens its purveyor to continue lying. There’s a thin line between a lie and the truth. Sometimes, it’s thinner based on who’s telling the story and who the listener is. Global warming : Global warming, the rising temperature around the world, has some causes and effects. This increase in the world’s temperature has some fatal consequences on humans, animals, and plants. Then the salty water of the sea will mix with the river water and will come into the farmlands. Then the fertility of the lands will be lost and man’s ability to grow crops will be reduced. Again, if the temperature rise continues, many of the species of animals will become extinct forever, So, effective measures must be taken to prevent global warming. An Analysis of Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and the Future : Abstract : Cryptocurrency, an encrypted, peer-to-peer network for facilitating digital barter, is a technology developed eight years ago. Bitcoin, the first and most popular cryptocurrency, is paving the way as a disruptive technology to long standing and unchanged financial payment systems that have been in place for many decades. While cryptocurrencies are not likely to replace traditional fiat currency, they could change the way Internet-connected global markets interact with each other, clearing away barriers surrounding normative national currencies and exchange rates. Technology advances at a rapid rate, and the success of a given technology is almost solely dictated by the market upon which it seeks to improve. Cryptocurrencies may revolutionize digital trade markets by creating a free flowing trading system without fees. A SWOT analysis of Bitcoin is presented, which illuminates some of the recent events and movements that could influence whether Bitcoin contributes to a shift in economic paradigms. Key Words: Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, Encrypted, Currency, Bitpay, Exchange Rates 1. Introduction : Bitcoin, the world‟s most common and well known cryptocurrency, has been increasing in popularity. In some ways, it is comparative to the computing industry. The baseline of computing still relies on transmitting and processing 1‟s and 0‟s, providing only two dimensions of input. Yet all of our current technology uses this technologically archaic system due to adoption, cultivation, and lack of need for newer systems. If cryptocurrencies became the global norm for transactions, long standing systems for trade would need to be completely reformed to deal with this type of competition. For this reason, cryptocurrencies could possibly be the single most disruptive technology to global financial and economic systems. Bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase in user acceptance and use, which is driving the other two aspects of the “fire triangle”. Cryptocurrency‟s adoption will be an important subject to watch in the future, as it could be a truly transformative technology that alters the way money is exchanged worldwide. Bitcoin‟s increased adoption has been integrally tied to global market shifts. The current Internet- fueled global market is very much entangled. If one regional market begins to plummet, it can easily drag the others with it. Bitcoin, like the Euro, can freely move across many national borders, creating an environment that promotes global trade, mutual prosperity, and even peace. 2. Strengths : Bitcoin has strength by design to make it a viable currency that has elevated it in status over the years, more notably the fixed limit of bitcoin that will exist. Bitcoin will be mined with diminishing returns every four years until the maximum number of bitcoins are reached: a total of 21 million (King, 2013). This aspect of Bitcoin is important for its value. Due to the limited amount of bitcoins, it will never become inflated from an overabundance of bitcoins. Also, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are generally regarded as being protected from inflation originating from national government changes or restrictions (Magro, 2016). This creates a “safe haven” for investors to put their wealth into, as it generally does not lose value based on inflation. Bitcoin is quickly showing its strength as a refuge against inflating national currencies. However, as is the case with most commodities, the price can fluctuate wildly based on many other external factors. The combination of demand for a safe haven option and its price volatility helped Bitcoin to become the best performing currency of 2015 using the US Dollar Index (Desjardins, 2016). This means that Bitcoin was the highest valued currency in the entire world at the end of last year. South America has seen a huge increase in bitcoin transactions, increasing 510% from 2014 to 2015 (Bitcoin: A New Global Economy, 2015). Argentina is a hotbed for increased cryptocurrency usage due to its extremely high inflation rate and high population of unbanked citizens (Magro, 2016). In the past, Argentinians would convert their currency into US dollars to preserve their value. However, Argentina has recently put restrictions on how many US dollars its citizens can convert. As a result, both a black market for purchasing USD at a higher price and increased bitcoin adoption has arisen (Magro, 2016). The demand for Argentinians to keep their currency value has made itself very apparent, and cryptocurrencies are prominent legal vehicles to meet that demand.

প্রতিকার থেকে প্রতিরোধ উত্তম : লেবাননের রাজধানী বৈরুত হঠাৎ করেই কেঁপে উঠেছিল মঙ্গলবার। বৈরুত বন্দরের একটি ওয়্যারহাউসে দুই হাজার ৭৫০ মেট্রিক টন অ্যামোনিয়াম নাইট্রেট মজুত করা ছিল। তা থেকেই বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা ঘটেছে। যথেষ্ট নিরাপত্তার ব্যবস্থা ছিল না বলেই এরকম ভয়াবহ একটি পরিস্থিতির শিকার হতে হলো লেবাননকে। এরকম বিস্ফোরণ বাংলাদেশেও ঘটতে পারে যে কোনো সময়। আমরা যদি লেবাননে ঘটে যাওয়া ঘটনার পেছনের কথাগুলো খুঁজি তাহলে দেখতে পাব, ২০১৪ সালে একটি পণ্যবাহী জাহাজে করে ওই রাসায়নিক দ্রব্য এসেছিল, কিন্তু কাগজপত্রে গণ্ডগোল থাকায় বন্দর কর্তৃপক্ষ জাহাজের জিনিস বাজেয়াপ্ত করে। তারপর বন্দরের রাসায়নিক দ্রব্যের গুদামে মজুত করা হয়। পণ্যগুলো নিয়মমতো নিলামের ব্যবস্থা করার কথা থাকলেও গত ছয় বছরে সে কাজ করা হয়নি। সেই পণ্যগুলো যদি সঠিক ব্যবস্থাপনার মাধ্যমে নিলাম করা হতো, তাহলে হয়তো এদিন দেখতে হতো না। এরকম বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা প্রায় বছরই ঘটতে দেখা যায়। যখন গণমাধ্যমগুলো অগ্নিকাণ্ড নিয়ে সরব থাকে তখন উঁচু মহল থেকে লোকদেখানো কিছু কাজ করা হলেও ঘটনার রেশ কাটতেই প্রতিশ্রুতিও ফুরিয়ে যায়। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতার সম্মুখীনও হয়েছি। ঢাকার মীরহাজিরবাগে আবাসিক ভবনগুলোয় পরিবার নিয়েও যেরকম মানুষ বসবাস করে, তেমনি কারখানা দিয়েও কেউ কেউ জর্দা তৈরি করে থাকে। বেশ কয়েকবার আগুন লাগলেও বড় আকার ধারণ না করায় গণমাধ্যমগুলোয় আসেনি। তাই এখনও সেই আগের মতোই চলছে কার্যক্রম। লেবাননের রাজধানী বৈরুতে বিস্ফোরণ হয়েছে অ্যামোনিয়াম নাইট্রেট থেকে। এটি বিভিন্ন কাজে ব্যবহƒত হয়, তবে এর সবচেয়ে বেশি ব্যবহার হয় কৃষিকাজে সার ও বিস্ফোরক হিসেবে। আগুনের সংস্পর্শে এলে এটি অত্যন্ত সক্রিয় বিস্ফোরক হিসেবে কাজ করে। অব্যবস্থাপনা ও দুর্নীতির কারণে লেবাননে অ্যামোনিয়াম নাইট্রেট অগ্নিকাণ্ড ঘটলেও আমাদের দেশের সীমাহীন দুর্নীতি ও অব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য অন্য কোনো তেজস্ক্রিয় পদার্থের আগুনে সাধারণ জনগণ পুড়ে মরবে! শিল্পকারখানার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট জায়গা ঠিক করে দেওয়া, সুদক্ষ দমকল বাহিনী তৈরি করে রাখা এবং শহরের রাস্তাগুলো প্রশস্ত করার দিকে মনোযোগ দিতে হবে। এর আগে উল্লেখযোগ্য সংখ্যক মানুষ এরকম অগ্নিকাণ্ডে প্রাণ হারিয়েছে। তাই আমাদের আগের ঘটনা এবং লেবাননে অসতর্কতার কারণে ঘটে যাওয়া ঘটনা থেকে শিক্ষা নিতে হবে, যাতে আমরা আমাদের দেশে এরকম বিস্ফোরণ থেকে বাঁচতে পারি।

প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যের লীলাভুমির আরেক নাম বাংলাদেশ : সৌন্দর্যের কথা বর্ণনা করে শেষ করা যাবে না। সুদূর অতীত থেকে শুরু করে এখন পর্যন্ত এই দেশের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যে মুগ্ধ হয়ে আছেন শত শত প্রকৃতিপ্রেমী। এই প্রকৃতিপ্রেমীরা সময় পেলেই ছুটে আসে স্বপ্নের এই প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যে ভরপুর বাংলাদেশে। শুরুতেই বলব সুন্দরবনের কথা। পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে বড় এবং সুন্দর ম্যানগ্রোভ ফরেস্ট বা লবণাক্ত বনাঞ্চল হলো সুন্দরবন। সুন্দরবনের মোট আয়তন প্রায় ১০ হাজার বর্গ কিলোমিটার, যা যৌথভাবে বাংলাদেশ ও ভারতের মধ্যে অবস্থিত। সুন্দরবনের বাংলাদেশ অংশের আয়তন ৬,০১৭ বর্গ কিলোমিটার। খুলনা, সাতক্ষীরা, বাগেরহাট, পটুয়াখালী ও বরগুনা জেলার অংশ নিয়েই বাংলাদেশের সুন্দরবন। ১৯৯৭ সালে ইউনেস্কো সুন্দরবনকে বিশ্ব ঐতিহ্যবাহী স্থান হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করে। জীববৈচিত্রে সমৃদ্ধ সুন্দরবনের ১,৮৭৪ বর্গ কিলোমিটার জুড়ে রয়েছে নদী-নালা ও বিল মিলিয়ে জলাকীর্ণ অঞ্চল। রয়েল বেঙ্গল টাইগারসহ বিচিত্র নানান ধরনের পাখি, চিত্রা হরিণ, কুমির ও সাপসহ অসংখ্য প্রজাতির প্রাণীর আবাসস্থল হিসেবে পরিচিত সুন্দরবন। এখানে রয়েছে প্রায় ৩৫০ প্রজাতির উদ্ভিদ, ১২০ প্রজাতির মাছ, ২৭০ প্রজাতির পাখি, ৪২ প্রজাতির স্তন্যপায়ী, ৩৫ প্রজাতির সরীসৃপ এবং ৮ ধরনের উভচর প্রাণী। সুন্দরী বৃক্ষের নামানুসারে এই বনের নাম সুন্দরবন রাখা হয়। সুন্দরবনের ভেতরে যেতে হলে নৌ-পথই একমাত্র উপায়। শীতকাল সুন্দরবন ভ্রমণের উপযুক্ত সময়। প্রতিদিনই এই প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যে ভরপুর এই সুন্দরবনে ঘুরতে আসে অসংখ্য দেশি এবং বিদেশি পর্যটক। সুন্দরবনের অপরূপ সৌন্দর্য সবাইকে মুগ্ধ করে তোলে। এরপর বলব বাংলাদেশের এবং পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে দীর্ঘ সমুদ্র সৈকত কক্সবাজারের কথা। এখানে রয়েছে বিশ্বের দীর্ঘতম অবিচ্ছিন্ন প্রাকৃতিক বালুময় সমুদ্র সৈকত যা কক্সবাজার শহর থেকে বদরমোকাম পর্যন্ত একটানা ১২০ কিলোমিটার পর্যন্ত বিস্তৃত। এখানে রয়েছে বাংলাদেশের বৃহত্তম সামুদ্রিক মৎস্য বন্দর এবং সাবমেরিন ক্যাবল ল্যান্ডিং স্টেশন। এটি বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যের একটি। ***লাবণী পয়েন্ট:*** এটিকে কক্সবাজারের প্রধান সমুদ্র সৈকত বলে বিবেচনা করা হয় যা পর্যটকদের জন্য বাড়তি আকর্ষণ তৈরি করেছে। প্রতিদিনই অসংখ্য পর্যটকের আগমনে ভরে ওঠে লাবণী পয়েন্ট। ***হিমছড়ি:*** হিমছড়ি কক্সবাজারের ১৮ কিলোমিটার দক্ষিণে অবস্থিত। এখানকার প্রধান আকর্ষণ হলো ভঙ্গুর পাহাড় আর ঝরনা। কক্সবাজার থেকে হিমছড়ি যাওয়ার পথে বামদিকে সবুজঘেরা পাহাড় আর ডানদিকে সমুদ্রের নীল জলরাশি মনোমুগ্ধকর দৃশ্যের সৃষ্টি করে। বর্ষার সময়ে হিমছড়ির ঝরনাকে অনেক বেশি জীবন্ত ও প্রাণবন্ত বলে মনে হয়। ***ইনানী সমুদ্র সৈকত:*** দীর্ঘ সমুদ্র সৈকত ছাড়াও কক্সবাজারে সৈকত সংলগ্ন আরও অনেক দর্শনীয় এলাকা রয়েছে যা পর্যটকদের জন্য প্রধান আকর্ষণের বিষয়। ইনানী সমুদ্র সৈকত তার মধ্যে অন্যতম। এরপরে বলব সেন্ট মার্টিন দ্বীপের কথা। এটি বাংলাদেশের একমাত্র প্রবাল দ্বীপ যা মূলভূখণ্ডের সর্ব দক্ষিণে এবং কক্সবাজার জেলা শহর থেকে ১২০ কিলোমিটার দূরে ১৭ বর্গ কিলোমিটারের একটি ক্ষুদ্র দ্বীপ। স্থানীয় ভাষায় সেন্টমার্টিনকে নারিকেল জিঞ্জিরা বলেও ডাকা হয়। অপূর্ব প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যমণ্ডিত এ দ্বীপটি বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম পর্যটন স্থান হিসেবে জায়গা করে নিয়েছে। নীল আকাশের সঙ্গে সমুদ্রের নীল জলের মিতালী, সারি সারি নারিকেল গাছ এ দ্বীপকে করেছে অনন্য। অনেক তো বললাম সমুদ্র সৈকতের কথা। এবার আসি সিলেটের জাফলং, লালাখাল, রাতারগুলের কথায়। বাংলাদেশের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যের মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য একটি বিভাগ হচ্ছে সিলেট। কারণ এই সিলেটেই আছে অনেক দর্শনীয় স্থান। জাফলং, লালাখাল, বিছানাকান্দি, রাতারগুল সোয়াম্প ফরেস্ট, মাধবকুন্ড জলপ্রপাত, কুলাউড়া ইত্যাদি দর্শনীয় স্থান এবং প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যে ভরা এই সিলেট বিভাগ। তাছাড়া হাকালুকি হাওরের মতো বাংলাদেশের বড় হাওর ও এই সিলেট বিভাগেই অবস্থিত। এটি দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার অন্যতম বৃহত্তম মিঠাপানির জলাভূমি। বগুড়ার মহাস্থানগড়ের কথা ভুলে গেলেও চলবে না। বাংলাদেশের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যের মধ্যে এটি অন্যতম। মহাস্থানগড় বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম একটি প্রাচীন পর্যটন কেন্দ্র। এখানে রয়েছে বহু দর্শনীয় স্থান। ২০১৬ সালে দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার সাংস্কৃতিক রাজধানী হিসেবে মহাস্থানগড়ে নানা অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। এখানে রয়েছে শাহ সুলতান বলখী মাহিসওয়ারের মাজার শরীফ, জাদুঘর, খোদার পাথর ভিটা, মানকালীর ঢিবি, বৈরাগীর ভিটা, স্কন্ধের ধাপ, মঙ্গলকোট স্তুপ, গোকুল মেধ, কালীদহ সাগর, ভাসু বিহার, শীলাদেবীর ঘাট, জিয়ৎ কুন্ড, গোবিন্দ ভিটা, পরশুরামের প্রাসাদ। এসব স্থান মন কেড়ে নেয় পর্যটকদের। মহাস্থানগড়ের এইসব প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যে বিমোহিত হয়ে যায় সবাই। এ ছাড়াও বাংলাদেশে রয়েছে পাহাড়পুরের বৌদ্ধবিহার, বাঘেরহাটের ষাট গম্বুজ মসজিদ, মৌলভীবাজারের শ্রীমঙ্গল, লাউয়াছড়া জাতীয় উদ্যান, চট্টগ্রামের সীতাকুণ্ড, মহামায়া ইকোপার্ক, কুমিল্লার কোটবাড়ি, শালবন বিহার, আনন্দ বিহার প্রভৃতি। হাজার হাজার বছর ধরে এইসব প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যে ভরপুর আমাদের প্রিয় এই বাংলাদেশ। এই দেশের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য সুদূর অতীতেও রাজা-বাদশা, বিভিন্ন পরিব্রাজক, প্রকৃতিপ্রেমীদের মন কেড়ে নিয়েছিল। আমাদের ইতিহাস এবং ঐতিহ্যে ওতপ্রোতভাবে জড়িয়ে আছে এইসব দর্শনীয় স্থান তথা প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য।

দুশ্চিন্তা কি? আর মুক্তি পাওয়ার উপায় : দুশ্চিন্তাঃ কোন মানুষই দাবী করে বলতে পারবেনা যে, তার জীবনে সমস্যা নেই। সম্পূর্ণ রোগহীন শরীর ও সমস্যা মুক্ত জীবন অবাস্তব। জীবনে আপদ, বিপদ ও সমস্যার অন্ত নেই। জীবনের আরেক নামই সমস্যা। জীবন সংগ্রাম মানেই হলো জীবন সমস্যার সমাধানের প্রচেষ্টা চালানো। সমস্যা আছে এবং থাকবে জেনেই সমাধানের চেষ্টা চালাতে হয়। দুশ্চিন্তা কাকে বলে??? দুঃখ-দৈন্য, আপদ-বিপদ ও দুর্ঘটনার ফলে যে পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি হয় তা থেকে উদ্ধারের পথ পাওয়ার জন্য যে পেরেশানি হয় তার ফলে অস্থিরতা সৃষ্টি হয়, এরই নাম "দুশ্চিন্তা"। "হায় আমার কি হবে? বাচার কোন উপায় দেখছি না। এর পরিনতি কি হবে?" এ জাতীয় চিন্তাকেই দুশ্চিন্তা বলে। দুশ্চিন্তা এমন এক রোগ যে, একে প্রশ্রয় দিলে চরম হতাশা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে। হতাশার চরম পর্যায়ে মানুষ আত্মহত্যা করার মত চরম দুর্বলতাও প্রদর্শন করে বসে। দুশ্চিন্তা কিন্তু সমস্যা সমাধানে সামান্যতম সাহায্যও করেনা। বরং সমস্যাকে আরো বাড়িয়ে দেয়। ধীরচিত্তে ও স্থির মস্তিস্কে সমাধান খুঁজতে হয়। অস্থির চিত্ত কখনই সমাধান খুঁজে পায়না। দুশ্চিন্তা, চিন্তার ভারসাম্য বিনষ্ট করে বলে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্তে পৌঁছা যায়না। এমনকি এ রোগ সমাধানের কোন নির্দিষ্ট পথকেই চুরান্তভাবে গ্রহন করতে দেয়না। একেক বার একেক রকম পথ ধরার চেষ্টা করে বলে ব্যক্তি ধৈর্যের সাথে কোন পথে চলতে সক্ষম হয়না। তাই দুশ্চিন্তা হলো চিন্তার বিকৃতরূপ। আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাঁর মুমিন বান্দাহদেরকে দুশ্চিন্তা’র মুসিবত থেকে রক্ষার জন্য এমন কতক মূলনীতির কথা ঘোষণা করেছেন, যা মেনে নিলে শত মুসিবতেও মানসিক ভারসাম্য বজায় রেখে চলা সম্ভব। ১। “আল্লাহ’র বিনা অনুমুতিতে কোন মুসিবত আসেনা। যে আল্লাহ কে বিশ্বাস করে আল্লাহ তাঁর কালবকে হেদায়েত দান করেন।” (সুরা তাগাবুনঃ১১) ব্যপারটি এমন নয় যে, কোন বিপদ আল্লাহ ঠেকাতে পারলেন না বলে এসে গেল; বরং আল্লাহ বিপদ দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত করলেই তা আসে। যদি কেউ এই কথা বিশ্বাস করে তাহলে সে অস্থির না হয়ে ধৈর্য ধারন করবে এবং বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার পাওয়ার জন্য আল্লাহ’র কাছেই দোআ করবে। আল্লাহ’র প্রতি সঠিক আস্থা ও বিশ্বাস থাকলে বিপদের সময় কেমন আচরণ করতে হবে, সে বিষয়ে আল্লাহ সঠিক হেদায়েত দান করুক। আমীন। মুসিবত থেকে উদ্ধার পাওয়ার চেষ্টা করাও কর্তব্য। শান্ত মনে ভেবে-চিন্তে চেষ্টা তদবির করতে হবে। সঠিক পদ্ধতিতে যাতে তদবির করা যায়, সে জন্য কাতর ভাবে দোআ-ও করতে হবে। কোন চেষ্টা ফলপ্রসূ না হলেও হতাশ না হয়ে মহান মুনিবের নিকট সঠিক সমাধান চাইতে হবে। ২। “হে রাসুল! আল্লাহ যদি আপনার উপর কোন মুসিবত দেন তাহলে তিনি ছাড়া তা দূর করার ক্ষমতা অন্য কারো নেই।” (সুরা ইউনুসঃ১০৭) যত চেষ্টা-তদবিরই করা হোক, মুসিবত থেকে উদ্ধার করার চুড়ান্ত ক্ষমতা একমাত্র আল্লাহ’র হাতে। এ অবস্থায় অস্থির হওয়া, হতাশা প্রকাশ করা বা আল্লাহ’র উপর অসন্তুষ্ট হওয়ার দ্বারা মানসিক যন্ত্রণা পাওয়া ছাড়া আর অন্য কোন লাভ হয়না। ৩। আল্লাহ’র উপর ভরসা করাই মুমিনদের কর্তব্য’ ____এ কথাটি বিভিন্ন ভঙ্গিতে বহু সুরায় উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাঁর মুমিন বান্দাদেরকে বারবার তাকিদ দিয়েছেন যে, “তোমরা একমাত্র আমার উপর ভরসা কর।” বৈধ পথে চেষ্টা তদবির অবশ্যই করতে থাকো। তবে ঐ তদবিরের উপর আসল ভরসা যেন না হয় কারণ যদি সে পথে সমাধান না হয় তাহলে হতাশায় ভুগতে বাধ্য হবে। আসলে আল্লাহ’র উপর আস্থা রাখাই হল ভরসা বা তায়াক্কুল। মুমিন কোন অবস্থায়ই আল্লাহ’র উপর আস্থা হারায় না। এ আস্থা রাখতেই হবে যে, আমার মেহেরবান আল্লাহ আমার মঙ্গল-ই করবেন। যদিও আমি বুঝতে পারছিনা যে, আমার মুসিবতের মাধ্যমে আমার কি মঙ্গল হতে পারে। তবে এ আস্থা আছে যে, আল্লাহ অমঙ্গল করেন না। বিতরের নামাজে দোআ কুনুতে এ আস্থার কথাই আমরা প্রতিদিন ঘোষণা করি এ ভাষায়------ “হে, আল্লাহ! তোমার উপর ঈমান রাখছি, তোমার উপর ভরসা করছি এবং তুমি মঙ্গলময় বলেই আমি প্রশংসা করি।” অর্থাৎ, তুমি যা কিছুই কর তাতে আমার মঙ্গল হবে বলেই বিশ্বাস করি। এ বিশ্বাস ছাড়া হতাশার যাতনা থেকে মুক্তির কোন উপায় নেই। ৪। কুরান মজিদে আরো বলা হয়েছে---- “আল্লাহ’র প্রতি অনুরাগী তারা, যারা ঈমান গ্রহন করেছে এবং আল্লাহ’র যিকিরের মাধ্যমে তাদের অন্তর প্রসান্তি লাভ করে। জেনে রাখ, একমাত্র আল্লাহ’র যিকিরেই অন্তরসমূহ শান্তি লাভ করে।” (সুরা রা’দঃ২৮) হাজারো মুসিবতের মধ্যেও আল্লাহকে ডেকে তার দরবারে ধরনা দিয়ে এবং তার নিকট আশ্রয় চেয়েই মনে প্রসান্তি লাভ করা সম্ভব। সুরা ফাতিহায় আমরা বলি “এক মাত্র তোমার ইবাদত করি এবং তোমার কাছেই সাহায্য চাই” বলার উদ্দেশ্যও তাঁরই আশ্রয় কামনা করা। ইমানদারদের জন্য দুশ্চিন্তা অত্যন্ত মারাত্মক রোগ। কারন, আল্লাহ তা’আলা বিপদ মুসিবত সম্পর্কে কুরানে যে ধারনা দিয়েছেন তা বিশ্বাস করলে দুশ্চিন্তা থাকার কথা নয়। ঈমানের দাবীদার হয়েও দুশ্চিন্তাকে প্রশ্রয় দিলে ঐ ৪টি মূলনীতিকেই অবিশ্বাস ও অগ্রাহ্য করা হয়। আর দুশ্চিন্তার অর্থ দাঁড়ায় এই যে___ ১। আমার উপর এই মুসিবত দিয়ে আল্লাহ আমার উপর অবিচার করেছেন। এটা করা মোটেই উচিৎ হয়নি। ২। এ মুসিবত থেকে নিষ্কৃতি পাওয়ার জন্য আল্লাহ’র দয়ার অপেক্ষা করার ধৈর্য আমার নেই। আমাকেই কিছু করতে হবে এবং যেমন করেই হোক এ থেকে উদ্ধার পেতে হবে। ৩। এ মুসিবতের মধ্যে আমার কোন কল্যান থাকতে পারে, আমি তা স্বীকার করিনা। যারা আমার এ মুসিবতের জন্য দায়ী আমি তাদের ক্ষমা করবনা। সুযোগ পেলেই দেখে নেবো। ৪। সর্বাবস্থায় আল্লাহ কে স্মরণ করেই মনের শান্তি পেতে হবে বলে যা বলা হয় তা কি করে সম্ভব? আমার মনে যাদের বিরুদ্ধে ক্ষোভ রয়েছে তা আমি কেমন করে ভুলব? আর আল্লাহ কে এত ডেকেই কি হবে? আল্লাহ তো সারা দিচ্ছেন না। আর কত ডাকব? এভাবে দুশ্চিন্তা কে প্রশ্রয় দিলে ঈমান হারানোর আশঙ্কা রয়েছে। তাই দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে আত্মরক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে আল্লাহ’র শিখানো নিয়মে মনকে ইতিবাচক কাজ দিন। তাহলে দুশ্চিন্তা মনকে ভরাক্রান্ত করার সুযোগ পাবেনা। দুশ্চিন্তা মারাত্মক মানসিক রোগ। এ রোগ একাগ্রচিত্তে কোন কাজ করতে দেয়না, ঘুমাতে দেয়না, তৃপ্তির সাথে খেতেও দেয়না। ফলে স্নায়বিক বিরাট ক্ষতি সাধন করে। দুশ্চিন্তার ফলে অনেক সময় নিজের উপরই রাগ হয়। মুসিবতের জন্য অন্যদেরকে দায়ী করলে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে ক্ষোভ সৃষ্টি হয়। এমন কি দুশ্চিন্তা আল্লাহ’র উপরও অসন্তুষ্ট হতে বাধ্য করে। আল্লাহ’র প্রতি অভিমান বশত আল্লাহ কে নির্দেশ দেয় যে, “হয় এটা কর না হয় ওটা কর”। এ সবের কোনটাই সুস্থ মনের পরিচয় বহন করেনা তাছাড়া আল্লাহও এরকম অস্থিরতা পছন্দ করেননা। আল্লাহ’র উপর পূর্ণ আত্মসমর্পণই দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে নিস্তার পাওয়ার একমাত্র উপায়। দুশ্চিন্তার মাধ্যমে শয়তান আপনার মনের উপর রাজত্ব কায়েম করছে। শয়তান কে উৎখাত করে আল্লাহ’র রাজত্ব মনের মধ্যে কায়েম করুন। মনে শান্তি পাওয়ার এটাই একমাত্র পথ।
