Manage your stress:-
we should learn effective time management and we should spend some time with our friends because with them we feel relaxed and we should do exercise on regular basis it will reduce the level of stress. There are sone breathing techniques activities which can help us to manage our stress. We should have positive thinking and should try to get rid of all the negative thoughts emerging in our mind. Mental health matters a lot. We should take care of our mind because our all body functions will work effectively with the help of mind.
Enjoy yourself:-
For our emotional well being we should do such activities which are the reason of our pleasure in which we are finding our comfort if a work is bothering our mind either we should leave that work or we should take a break because taking break will help us so much.
spending a day with loved ones will make your day we should spend time with our family because they are more close to us and they know every thing about us. I think at free time we can do our hobbies which ever you want to do . Like if you want to do cooking , dance, singing whatever you want you can do. We should keep ourselves away from such things which become worse for us and we should have company of such friends who have good habits .
Boost your self esteem
Self-esteem is the way you feel about yourself we should treat ourselves like to treat other best friends with positive and honest way.
You should always have positive self talk because it will boost our energy and we should accept challenges because it will give us strength that we can do particular task. Notice that when you said " you are so stupid . Then think that would i say that to my best friend?" You probably would not.

You should have healthy life style free of alcohol and free of smoking. I know that some people during grief Intake alcohol and the adopt me please which is very bad things and they affect our health we should be very careful about other health and should not take such things which can make our health worse . we all know that alcohol and smoking bad not good so we should stay away from these things.
have a good diet:-
You will feel emotionally stronger when you have healthy diet plan it will also boost up your self-esteem it will also help your body and give you ability to work efficiently and effectively. Aim to have a balanced diet that includes all the main food groups.We should prefer to eat such food items which are the favourite.
do some physical activity:-
Even moderate exercise releases chemicals in your brain that will lift your mood ,and it will also help you to have a better sleep and it will boost your energy and keep your heart healthy . You should at least do a little exercise if you cannot do a lengthy workout. Although physical activity can help you to stay fit it also nourish your brain and it will keep your mind fresh.
