Gov.Andrew Cuomo had a ball with Mitch McConnell's suggestion to let the blue states go bankrupt. What McConnell doesn't understand is that a lot of people are listening to the articulate Cuomo. Cuomo pointed out that New York actually supports Kentucky by contributing more state money to the country than it takes, noting that Kentucky takes more than it gives. That's called a kill shot in my book. McConnell, Trump and the Republicans may be wearing thin with people. Polls say Joe Biden is leading Trump in a number of key battleground states. We all know it's the battleground states that decide the election. Trump has been preaching nonsense on a daily basis. He only looks foolish when he makes statements that the virus may go away in the fall and he's immediately contradicted by the experts. Everybody knows it. The Republicans have turned the pandemic into a political issue and everybody knows it. I have long wondered when they would go too far, and now I know.
