Journey of "Brian Tracy" through Italy

I want to tell about amazing experience of Brian Tracy (motivational speaker) through italy while journey.He describe in his book "Change your thinking change your mind"

He visited the Florence's Museum with his family .He saw number of the things.But most amazing is the statue of David which is built by Michelangelo several hundred years ago. This is perhaps most beautiful sculpture of world .

The story of creation of a David has beautiful lesson of life for all of us.Medici family was powerful and famous family all over the Italy.The task of creation of David was given by Medici's family to Michelangelo. Michelangelo was famous for his work . It was an honour for anyone to perform a task of Medici family . Michelangelo could not refuse it.

Michelangelo searched for the stone for creating a masterpiece for which Medici was looking for .Finally He found a marble slab partially into weeds covered with dirt on side of a roadwalk. He had passed there number of time but this time he found it. The stone was brought into studio .

Great success needs great hard work

He started work in his studio with hammer and chiseles. He worked on it for two years and make only rough outline on it. After two years he put hammer and chisels aside and spend two more years in polishing and sanding before the statue was completed.

Michelangelo was already famous sculptor the news which he commissioned a task by Medici spread all over the Italy.when the day come for his first public viewing thousand of people from all over the Italy come to see the statue. When it was unveiled the crowed stood gaping in awe . People cheered . women fainted .The audience was amazed for beauty of statue .In a moment Michelangelo was recognized as a famous sculptor of his age .

Afterwards when Michelangelo was asked how he was able to create such a masterpiece he replied by saying that he saw the David complete and perfect in the marble .All he did was to remove everything that was not David.

You are masterpiece

There are many parallel between yourself and David. You are much like great masterpiece enclosed in a marble all you need to remove all things other than which are not connected with your dream or purpose. Just imagine your life which you want to become . Break your limited thinking you need to remove all negative belief which stops you back of what you are capable of .

But remember even after David has been released from marble it took Michelangelo two solid year of sanding and polishing to turn into a masterpiece you also have to work on yourself by practicing and polishing for days week even for month and years for making yourself a masterpiece.
