This game is widely popular in indian states such as Maharashtra, Madhya pradesh , Gujarat , karnataka , tamil Nadu , kerala. In all outdoor sports, I like playing Kho-Kho most. This game is played in a square area in an open field. This rectangular area is 51 feet in width and 111 feet in length, and it has two poles of 4 feet at the center of both sides. The space between the two poles is divided into 8 equal parts. This game is played between two teams, in which each team has 9 players.During the game one team sits and the other team runs.In Kho-Kho, the runners and chasers team are selected by tossing. This game is played in 9 minute innings, and there is a break of 5 minutes in between. After the break, the running team sits and the sitting team runs.Playing this game keeps our body healthy and agile.

Since this game doesn't attract multi national company to sponsor because there are no utility goods for players this game was unpopular . And this sport results in injuries and drains more stamina people wont prefer all though dominant giant games such as cricket attracted MNC to sponsor on them

It supressses this super cool indigenous sports. So I all say any sport can improve human health and agility

So happy sporting!!
