Preparation for traditional Turkish baklava !!!
1. First cook the sherbet: 1,200 g of sugar and 1,100 g of water, let it boil. When it boils, reduce the temperature and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, add 3 vanilla sugar and cool.
2. Grind hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and mix. Add 200 g of crystal sugar. Melt 250 g butter and add 50 g oil.
3. Spread the first crust with a mixture of oil and butter, put the second over it, sprinkle with ground hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts. Roll lightly on a thinner rolling pin, then hold one side of the rolling pin firmly, and fold it with the other hand, ie remove the crust from the rolling pin.
4. Arrange in a greased pan. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
5. Cut hot and baked baklava, pour in sherbet, cool and enjoy the taste. Pleasant!
