Health is the most awaited thing by most people who are sick in the hospital, health is expensive, and we often hear these words but the majority do not know what a healthy lifestyle looks like, so on this occasion tonight I want to write an article entitled " Is health necessary?

Let's go straight to the topic of my article, bro." This is the 7th time I've made an article on this platform, hopefully I can still write articles every day for those of you who have been loyal to visit my profile.

Is health necessary? For elderly parents who regret their youth often say why was my youth not used to live a healthy life, maybe if I use it well now I will stay healthy, sadly, "Soybeans are gone to tempeh" (Time will never come back) , What can I do that can only be silent after knowing that health in our bodies is very necessary.

What are some healthy patterns that we can do so that our bodies can become healthy and not susceptible to disease?

Healthy lifestyles that we can do are: 
Healthy food does not contain chemicals.

1. First (Healthy food):

Often we forget that eating is one of the most important needs in our body so that we can get a healthy body and not susceptible to disease. Therefore we must be able to maintain our diet, which foods are good and which foods can damage our bodies, when we talk about food, it feels like we want to eat all the food on our dinner table, even though we know what to eat. so that our bodies match the protein we need, so if a lot of food contains a lot of chemicals, then why do we eat if the food we eat will actually be harmful to our health?

Adequate rest will make our bodies healthy.

2. Second (good rest pattern):

The pattern of rest is the second need that our bodies need to keep our bodies looking fit and healthy. A good rest pattern and what is needed by the human body is that humans need 5-8 hours of rest every day to stabilize and stop all organ activities in our bodies, the most important thing in resting is when we lack rest, we often look weak. , because when we sleep every second our blood is washed, the less we rest, the less we wash the blood, why is our body weak? Because our clean blood supply is not balanced with our dirty blood in our body, as a result we will be susceptible to disease because our body's power is weak.

Exercise will get rid of bad particles and cholesterol in the body.

3. Third (exercise pattern):

Often many people in this world underestimate sports, even though sport is the third need in our lives. It turns out that eating and resting alone is not enough to maintain the health of our bodies, if you want to be healthy then do light exercise 3 times a week, why does it have to be 3 times a week? because if we do exercise every day it will make our body too tired and automatically our immune system will decrease, therefore a good exercise pattern is 3 times a week, why should we exercise? Is exercise necessary? The answer is that exercise is indispensable. By exercising we can remove bad particles in our bodies, such as bad fats and cholesterol through the sweat that we release after exercising. We need to know that by exercising we can make our internal organs clean like a motorbike that is taken to a repair shop for service, do you feel a more comfortable feeling after having your motorbike serviced? The answer is of course very convenient. So no matter how busy our activities are, try to keep filling our free time to exercise so that our bodies become healthier than before, with a healthy body condition like this, it will be difficult for us to get sick.
