Training for the Italian Serie A, which has been suspended due to corona virus Covid-19, will start from next May.
All sports activities, including training, were shut down in Italy as the death toll from the corona virus rises.
The Italian government has given permission for the training from May 18 as the number of coronaviruses and deaths has been declining recently.
Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said the individual training of players could begin on May 4 and the training of sports teams could begin on May 18.
He has urged to maintain social distance even during the training. The Italian Football Federation has said that the medical team is ready to check the health of all the players before the training.
This is a good green light that very soon things will come back to normal. The sports industry has suffered greatly from Covid-19 pandemic.
