Daily walk is as necessary as breathing. No one can ignore its importance. Daily walk and morning Walk are both very close in meanings and results. It not only keep you fit and healthy but also make your digestion system strong enough. It enhances your thinking power and keep you active. I often go for a walk but couldn't be regular. However i can feel its blessings. People are very progressive and hard-working who make sure it. So all of us should start it.
Yes, you are right. A daily walk is so good for the body and mind. But nowadays in lockdown time, we cannot go out for the daily walk but we can walk in treadmill in our house. So I think we have to walk at least 20 to 30 miniuts in a day. By the way thanks for your article sir.
