In this regard, the Qur'an says, "Adulterous women, adulterous men, flog each of them 100 times."
Do not feel sorry for them if you believe in God and the Hereafter. Let a group of Muslims witness their punishment. Surah Noor, verse 2. In this context, the hadith says, "In the case of unmarried men and women, the punishment is 100 lashes and emigration for one year." And in the case of married men and women, 100 lashes and rajam (death by stoning). ‘Muslim.
Adultery is clearly forbidden in Islamic law. The heinous crime. In this regard, it has been said in the Qur'an, "And do not go near adultery." Surely it is an indecency and an evil way.

What is the punishment for rape in Islam? Hadith has confirmed that. Hazrat Wail Ibn Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a woman was forcibly raped, he did not punish the rapist in any way, but the rapist is punished for many crimes in Hadar (Qur'an-Hadith). The method is well-defined in the Qur'an-Hadith (called Hadd) and punishes. Ibn Majah. In another account, ‘Once upon a time, a government-owned slave forcibly committed adultery (rape) with a maid who got one-fifth of the booty. This ruined her virginity. Then Hazrat Omar (RA) whipped the slave and exiled him. But he did not whip the maid because he forced her to. Bukhari.
If a woman is raped, the first thing she should do is prevent it if possible. Even though it creates a situation like killing a rapist, Islam has accepted it. Regarding this, Imam Ahmad (ra) said about a woman, ‘If that woman finds out that this man wants to enjoy her and the girl kills him in self-defense; However, no responsibility will fall on that woman. ’Al Mughni.
I find this very surprising to hear. Rape is a great sin I mean. It is one of these things Muslims do in my country. No matter the age, little children, and 90+-year-old women. Group rapes included.
