The hardest thing for people to do is to be patient. The people around us suffer the most in our words and deeds because of this lack of patience.

Patience is not impossible in every case. It can be done if you want. But we don’t or can’t.

Due to impatience, our tongue becomes active first of all. As a result, I say whatever comes to mind. I do not think at all, how much trouble the man in front of me in this unbridled talk!

How injured he will be! But this is the best tool to hit the ax with your own feet.

In many places in the Holy Qur'an, God has instructed patience and called it an act of courage and bravery.

In the Holy Qur'an, God says, "You will surely be tested in your lives and property, and you will hear many painful words from the People of the Book and the polytheists." If you are patient and pious, then it is a work of great courage. (Surah Ale Imran (3): 16)

No matter what state of mind arises in one's words or behavior, one must be patient, the inner reaction cannot be expressed outside; Then you will easily get relief from many unforeseen troubles to come and even if you feel a little bit of temporary pain, you will feel peace or tranquility later.

One of the great benefits of patience is that you will never be inferior to anyone. Rather, be respected and respected. Not only that, God has also announced good news and rewards for the patient.

In the Qur'an, God says, "I will test you (sometimes) with fear, (sometimes) with hunger, and (sometimes) with loss of life and property, and give glad tidings to the patient." (Surat al-Baqara, 2: 155)

At the Fuller Theological Seminar in 2006, Professor Sarah A. Snyder and Robert Emmons, a psychologist at UC Davis, said that patient people are less likely to suffer from depression. Negative emotions work less between them. They can handle themselves in any environment.

The prophets and messengers have faced the greatest danger in the world. They have had to test their patience step by step. They have been told harsh words, wounded and bled to death, yet they have passed the test of patience.

The Prophet Job (peace be upon him) tested patience for 17 consecutive years. After that, his name has been changed to Hazrat Sabir (AS). Which means having patience.

If we can control the tongue in times of danger or in unforeseen moments, if we do not say whatever comes in our mouth, then we too will receive the good news and be successful.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that the person who slaps a slave; The expiation for this is to set the slave free. And whoever guards his tongue (against the law); He will be released from the torment of (Hell). Who will present his excuse to Allah Ta'ala; That will be accepted.

In another hadith, the real Muslim is that person; From whose hands and tongues other Muslims are safe.

So let us join the ranks of true believers in each case with patience! May Allah accept it. Amen.
