Islam opposes all forms of armaments, terrorist bombings, military aggression, oppression, violence, riots and homicide. Islam never condones the killing of innocent people. However, just as Islam recognizes just war, it also provides for peace treaties. Before the advent of Islam, there were conflicts and bloody wars between different peoples in Arabia. With the advent of Islam, bloodshed and violence came to an end. All kinds of extremism and terrorist activities are anti-Islamic. In the Holy Qur'an, Allah declares in the Holy Qur'an to fight against terrorists if necessary to prevent terrorist activities and aggression, "You will continue to fight against them until the fitnah is removed." (Surat al-Baqara, verse: 193)
The real just war is the struggle for the freedom and sovereignty of the people and for the liberation of the oppressed and oppressed people by breaking the border wall by violating the sovereignty of an independent country. Resistance war is needed to protect the motherland from external and internal enemy attacks. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) waged jihad or a just war against the infidels and polytheists, the open enemies of Islam, in order to propagate Tawheed or monotheism and to uphold the religion of Allah. Thus in the history of Islam many more battles have taken place including the Battle of Badr, the Battle of Uhud, the Battle of the Trench. But he never fought aggressively; Rather, those who opposed Islam sacrificed their lives and property against the open enemies and fought a defensive or defensive war against untruth and injustice. After his migration from Makkah to Madinah, he worked hard and finally conquered his bloodless homeland of Makkah and raised the banner of peace by uprooting untruths and injustices there.
It is obligatory for Muslim women, children and property to fight for the protection of property and to build resistance against injustice. If anyone encounters obstacles while practicing the religion of Islam peacefully and is attacked by the enemy, then they have to fight in the way of Allah for security. But innocent people cannot be wronged. As much as it is necessary to fight for the protection of the life and property of Muslims and for the protection of their religious rights, it is possible to fight as much as possible. No level of humanity and morality supports the killing of innocent people and unjustified bloodshed. So Allah has declared in the Holy Qur’an to stand by helpless women, men and children in danger on the battlefield, ‘What is the matter with you that you will not fight in the way of Allah and for helpless men, women and children?’ Those who say, ‘O our Lord! Take us away from this town, whose inhabitants are oppressors; Make us guardians from You and help us from You. '(Surat an-Nisa', verse 65)
The provision of self-defense is recognized in Islam if one loses one's life, seizes property, burns down one's house or attacks a foreign enemy in a country. Because Islam's war strategy is defensive, not aggressive. Only in self-defense did the Prophet (peace be upon him) have to make many wars, dialogues, treaties and peace agreements in his life. He was forced to wage a resistance war when he was obstructed by the enemy in order to establish peace in the country and to defend justice, freedom and human rights. 'War' means where there is horror, death, destruction, the liberal war strategy of Islam says, 'You cannot cheat on the battlefield, you cannot break faith, you cannot mutilate the dead, you cannot kill women, children and the elderly, even if you are an enemy. No one can be hurt while praying, no fruit tree can be cut down. '(Tarikh al-Tabari) Even in the Farewell Hajj speech, the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade killing an innocent person without guilt.
Many countries and nations are on the verge of destruction due to unjustified violence, conflict and injustice in the world. Therefore, in the greater interest of humanity, a final ceasefire has become inevitable as a peaceful settlement has been reached for the immediate resolution of the war crisis in the Middle East. Coercion, conflict, bloodshed, terrorism, violence, violence, tyranny over the weak, human rights violations, deprivation of individual liberty, arrogance in the lure of power, display of vengeance and unwelcome wars begin where dialogue does not go on or off. But Islam has urged people of different races and religions to build a peaceful world by establishing heart and friendship among people.
In the current unequal war situation in the Middle East, the followers of all communities, irrespective of race, religion and caste, must unite against the aggressive war against humanity and work together to prevent war on the world and to establish world peace. Leaders of the Muslim world should also implement the ceasefire offer of peace on an urgent basis with the help of the United Nations. In order to accelerate and ensure the comfort, peace, welfare and progress of the world, we must take the initiative to keep the issue of a better pacifist approach in a humane way.
