Synthesis:
Heat oil and fry onion and ginger-garlic in it. Now add red chilies turmeric, and mutton and fry for 15 minutes. Then add salt, cumin, coriander, and three cups of water and cook for 45 minutes. Cook spinach in steam for five minutes and grind finely. Add yogurt and fenugreek to the meat and drain the water. Finally, add spinach and cook for another five minutes.
