Well let say I started having problems sleeping from the age of 14. i might attend bed and just keeping on rolling for more a hour or two sometimes takes me the entire night just to undertake to sleep but let just say I sleep haply most of the time. initially I had this concept of stressing myself from school and other normal day to day activities so on be weak within the night to urge an opportunity to sleep.
But all again it began to pack up this point round the stress doesn't waver I just halt or continue browsing the night till subsequent day so I started performing some digging through the web to seem for a quick thanks to nod off and like last within the sleep cause not just falling asleep I began to sleep for a bit like 3-4 hours.
So first i attempted drugs it worked a touch but i started to over slept and every one that or not been ready to function the remainder of the day so i assumed to myself this is often not the way. So I came to know that the act of sleeping is completely has no shortcut so through my little reading I acknowledged that the matter isn't from me or like am I'll or something it from the mind and brain. You see the brain is program to figure all day with no stop. So when u attempt to nod off your mind and brain doesn't attend rest that why you cannot nod off so to nod off you've got to trick your mind to halt the thinking and thereby nod off .
So some ways I came up is simply simple once I get on bed to sleep all I do is get sort of a small piece of paper or sort of a piece of sheet I put it in one among my hands and play or be touching it for a few time which all it does the magic.
So it simple once you want to trick your mind and brain all you've got to try to to is get something to not important so on let your brain specialise in it for sometime from that moment it assist you nod off
