Friday was great for us with little friends

On Friday afternoon we went to the kindergarten yard to play. They had a kind of family day, although I think it’s an exaggeration to say that.

In my mind, a family day is one where there are programs for the whole family, you can buy food, drink, and so on. But only fruit and water were unloaded on a tray for the kids. In addition, due to the warm weather, they were almost inedible, the fruits were almost fermenting in the sun, you could feel that in their taste. Actually, it wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t go there hungry and took drinks with us in bottles.

The event started with tree planting with the support of the city beautification association.

Then, in one of the rooms, parents and grandparents told tales, and there were other wooden toys in the yard in addition to the usual ones. There was a target throw, a stilt, a game that had to wind the snail with a string, a tree with small screws on which to hang the fruit. Bence really liked it, he went back to this tree at least 10 times during the afternoon.

Anyway, the kindergarten has a huge yard but Bence unfortunately can’t play there everyday because he’s still in the group of little kids who have a separate part of the yard which is very tiny and has very few toys.

There is a barefoot path in the yard, which Bence also liked very much. When Bence was younger, they played a lot with my friend’s little girl and were in the same group in kindergarten. Since then, the little girl has been in the group of older kids, so they meet little. Now, however, they were very happy to meet and that they could play together. They were very sweet as they walked the barefoot path holding hands.

At the end of the afternoon, a band arrived who performed children's songs in the yard. It was a huge party. Haha! the children loved it.

By the time the event was over, my friend and kids were walking for a while and we were going to the nearby forest where we went with Bence many times while we were still living near it. I really miss that forest, and I think Bence, too, because he was very happy we went there for a while.

We left for home at 8pm, but the kids didn’t really want to let each other go. They hugged and kissed each other, they were very cute. Overall, it was a super afternoon and I’m so glad we finally went to this event.
