Barcelona makes excuses for Dembele's absence from Alaves match

Barcelona announced the absence of the French player, Ousmane Dembele, from being with the team this morning, Sunday, in the sports city "Joan Gamper".

Barcelona is preparing to face Deportivo Alaves, on Sunday evening, in the framework of the 22nd round of La Liga.

The club said, during a statement on the official account on the social networking site "Twitter": "The first team player, Osman Dembele, did not appear in the Sports City, Juan Gamper, this morning, due to a stomach illness."

It is reported that Dembele has been in a deadlock with the Barcelona administration recently, regarding the renewal of his contract with the club, and therefore the administration decided, in agreement with coach Xavi Hernandez, to exclude him from the matches.

Indeed, the French international was absent from the Blaugrana list during the match against Athletic Bilbao, in the King's Cup final price match.
