Donations and NGOs : How these are making poverty last longer Donation seems to be one of the most virtuous deed one can do. But it is one of the thing that is making the poverty of a community last longer. How? Here's how: 1. NGOs or donating organizations are providing a community with all the basic needs for a certain time and that's what destroys the opportunity for someone among them to start a business and grow an economical cycle among the community. Also, the community builds up a dependency on the donations to live. 2. Destroying the economical cycle of the community means destroying small level work opportunities in the community too. 3. Destroying self esteem and building up a sense of poverty. There's more to the list. So what can the NGOs and donators do to not have such bad effect? Okay, here's my ideas: 1. Education. The first and foremost thing you can help them with is education. Education doesn't mean giving them some books and papers as charity and boom. the community is now educated. No, this doesn't work like that. If you are an NGO or from a Charity Organization, arrange long term scholarship programs for the talents from the poor communities. That will help some families improve from the root. 2. Helping with businesses : Help the people by giving them advices and financial supports to start small businesses like poultry , or dairy farm or clothing etc. There's more . But providing foods , cloths as charity just destroys all the opportunity they have for business . Even a dependency on charity is built. When you help them grow a small business, opportunities for employment for their people will increase. There will be a constant income source for the people to face poverty. 3. Employment : Provide them jobs .They don't need charity. They just need a good source of income. Bonus : Money Management Advices .Teach them how to use their wealth and earning wisely

Virgin Galactic or Chad Origin, Which One I Would Prefer And Here's Why. So two billionaires have completed their tour of the space and paved the way for space tourism. As both of their tour has a lot of differences in experience, I gave it a thought that which one I would choose if I had tons of money to waste and why!!! Before reaching out to the conclusion, let's know more about their journey till now. Virgin Galactic Virgin Galactic(VG) was started by British entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson in 2004 in order to facilitate space-tourism. Not to mention, Sir Richard Bran previously founded the Virgin Group and Virgin Atlantic Airlines. Virgin Galactic registered as a company in 1999 ,just three years after the Ansari X Prize was announced. In 2004, Burt Rutan's sub-orbital spaceplane design which was named "SpaceShipOne" was the first spacecraft privately funded to enter the space realm, for which it won the Ansari X Prize. In 2005, a joint venture was announced named as The SpaceShip Company between Virgin Galactic and  Scaled Composites. Together , the follow-up version of SpaceShipOne , SpaceShipTwo was manufactured . It had six seats for the passengers and two for the pilots. The WhiteKnightTwo, the successor lauch craft of WhiteKnightTwo, was also manufactured in this venture. Virgin Galactic was having a smooth run till the fatal explosion during a routine test in 2007. The first rocket-powered test flight of SpaceShipTwo was run in April 2013 and another followed in September 2013, then another in January 2014. Each flight went well, with Enterprise zooming high in the sky in a super sonic speed. But the fourth flight was not that lucky and the vehicle broke apart killing the co-pilot. VSS Unity completed its first flight on September 16,2016 , being the first flight of Virgin after the SpaceShipTwo Crash. Virgin Galactic announced in February of 2021, that, although additional test flights were subject to further delays, the company had the plan to send first tourist ship to space in early 2022. And also the company unveiled its first SpaceShip III as the next generation of its tourist vehicles that is intended to begin testing alongside the launch of the VSS Unity's first commercial flights. Finally on 11 July 2021, before the expected time. VSS Unity 22 completed its journey being the first commercial spaceship for space tourism travelling to the sub-orbital with crew and 4 passengers. Blue Origin So Blue Origin is the project of very well known billionaire Jeff Bezos, the founder and executive chairman of Amazon. It was founded by him in 2000. The name of the company originally indicates the blue planet (planet Earth) as the origin. It also has a similar goal to start commercial space tourism flight to the sub-orbital. For this , it's space vehicle New Shepard has gone through many tests and finally 9 days after the successful flight of Virgin Galactic's Unity 22, it also completed it's journey to the sub-orbital with 4 passengers. Virgin Galactics Vs Chad Origin So here's the main part. Which one would I choose if I had tons of money to waste. So my answer is Virgin Galactics. Reasons are as follow: Virgin Galactics follows the technology of the common public plane. We are already too much accumulated with this. Moreover it becomes a gradual journey, and more time to enjoy . Whereas Blue Origin follows the VTVL or Vertical Takeoff and vertical Landing method. One thing is that most of us will have problem with the sudden thrust and effects of inertia. I have motion sickness. Allah knows what would happen if I had accompanied with Jeff Bezos. Both the journey has about the same amount of time in the sub orbit. But Virgin Galactics gives more time below the sub orbit to enjoy that view too. Whereas Blue Origin is kinda boom to the space , few moments of free fall, and again boom to the ground. So much money just for this boom boom? As the journey of Virgin Galactic has a similarity with plane journey, a sense of trust works here. The VTVL is a better method for space exploration, but not an ideal form of space tourism. Idolize or Be Your Own Powerful Being From the very beginning of life, we start to shape ourselves in light of someone. Being a little bit mature, we tend to set someone or something as a standard of life. This is termed Idolization. We start to idolize others when it is time to be our own powerful being, and that’s what drags us down in the run of life. *****Idolization of Personalities***** Everyone has come to existence with an individual identity of their own. Life’s meaning is to strongly uphold the glory of that identity. Having a unique character and life goal is something we all can’t achieve. Those who set their standard of life based on their satisfaction are the ones who shine in life. We start to idolize admirable personalities mostly during our adolescence. Adolescence is one of the most vulnerable stages of one’s life where one go through mental difficulties. In this vulnerable time, wanting to follow in the footsteps of established personalities may lead one to think of oneself as a failure for not being able to lead the life as his/her idol used to lead. Adolescence is the period where one has to start walking on his path based on his conscience. Cause we all are not the same, we face different circumstances. It is very unwise wanting to follow other’s path. ***Rise Of Toxicity***   If idolization takes the shape of obsession, it desocializes one from others except for the fanbase of that specific so-called idol. One tends to defend his/her idol in any case. He/she forgets that to err is human. Every deed and decision of their idol is justified by them. That’s why toxicity starts to grow within them. The aforementioned problem becomes more disturbing when the wrong person is idolized. Newer generations often tend to idolize the personalities of the entertainment industry. But most of such personalities don’t have an ideal background to be idolized. Such idolization gives rise to a badly grown-up generation. It is mostly fed to the teenagers by their parents, teachers and others in the family. It is a common phenomenon that parents often influence their children to idolize some specific professions of parent’s choice. Also, society influences such idolization as well. Though it is thought to be for the benefit of the children, it may affect the opposite.  The idolization of Profession snatches away the freedom of one to choose his/her career by ownself. In Asian countries mostly, parents often emphasize professions like doctor or engineer or, in some countries like Bangladesh where I am from, society emphasize the younger generation to have a government job because they think it has a secure future (I don’t know about how people thinks about government job in other countries, but here in Bangladesh, it is seen as The Goose that Laid the Golden Eggs). Such idolization puts pressure on one to achieve that profession by any mean. For that, often one has to put away his profession. Some go through a tough time not being able to get that profession, and some spend their life doing the job they don’t love to do. It’s time that we have encouraged our upcoming generations to walk their path, give them the liberty to choose their profession as they like. Great personalities should be acknowledged with respect, not idolize. And everyone should have the freedom to choose their profession, society should not idolize some professions and ignore others. Everyone is not meant to be the same. Everyone should be unique, their Own Powerful Being.

Quest For Perfection And Wabi-Sabi We spend our valuable time in search of perfection, till we realize perfection lies within our satisfaction. Perfection is a concept without any physical existence. Its existence is found only as an idea, a Platonic form. No matter how hard we try to reach the mark of perfection, we will just put our efforts in the void as Author Julia Cameron, in “The Artist’s Way”, quoted “Perfectionism is a refusal to let yourself move ahead. It is a loop–an obsessive, debilitating closed system that causes you to get stuck in the details of what you are writing or painting or making and to lose sight of the whole.” The quest for perfection may have a good outcome though. It helps to improve something better and better. Until someone’s not obsessed with reaching the mark of perfection. Such obsession drives one to be concerned with achieving unattainable ideals or unrealistic goals. Such perfectionism often puts someone in adjustment problems. Lack of self-esteem is one of the very common outcomes of perfectionism which consequently awakens suicidal thoughts and attempts. Perfectionism often destroys the beauty of art, whereas Japanese culture has a whole philosophy about bringing out beauty from imperfection. Wabi-sabi recognizes imperfection and strives to find harmony through acceptance. Artists and artisans often tend to intentionally leave a flaw in a painting or pot for the work to reflect wabi-sabi. The philosophy of wabi-sabi nurtures everything authentic by acknowledging three simple realities: “nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect.” So let’s put the quest for perfection aside and find satisfaction in the beauty of imperfection, work to make things better but not perfect. And Never forget that real people aren't perfect, and perfect people aren't real. We all are nowhere near anyone’s standard of perfection. We are unordinary, our own powerful beings. Thank you.
