It all start with a step.
Stone by stone builds the castle. Today might be the start, today you laid the foundation, but be well assured that sometime tomorrow you'll be starring back at a finished master piece. It start is always the hardest, as the struggle between your mind and will are yet not conform to the task ahead, our human nature wants to seek for the easiest way out, a maneuver while at same time get the desired finished product. Well more often than not, this isn't so, the way to success isn't a short cut, one must face the right approach head strong. Its a deliberate act to building an empire, it's an intentionally action of laying the right stones daily, gathering and building for the future we so desire.
It all starts with a step, not much, not necessary an action, not necessary an item, but that Making up of your mind that this is it, this is what I'm gonna do, and I'll do it, that's the real founding stone to the fulfilment of every aspirations. It all starts with you making up your mind about it, I'm gonna do this, its how I like to call it the awakening. It's what gets every amazing thing you can mostly see around today done, that mind make up, it's the real father. Why I used mostly everything you see around its because truthfully some amazing things we see around today aren't planned, in fact no one made up his or her mind about it, it just happened coincidentally, but this occurrence is very rare. You wouldn't sit and cross your legs now and want some mighty coincidence to take place that would give you the future you desire right? So you seat up and plan towards making the first foundation to your ambitions, the foundation of making up your mind about the things you are so going to do and doing them.
Take an example from our everyday life, but it would very well explain the power of making up your mind. As men, there is always this anger to do our laundry, for me I guess and most guys have seen also, so I just concluded it's a guys thing to hate laundry, ladies we love you all. So in as much as we don't wanna do our laundry, it gets to a point where we are almost going shirtless cause they are all now becoming unbearable to wear, in fact they are now heaped like a mountain staring back at us. Then as bachelor's if there's no cash to pay a cleaning service, we very much make up your mind the night before and say "by morning, I'm going to do my laundry, yes I'll do it, I must do it" some will even go to the mirror to say it "I am doing my laundry tomorrow morning". Then we really do it in the morning and start feeling good about ourselves, in fact that day can hardly go bad. That's to say is there's a lot of strength you can draw from Making up your mind. It's amazing, it's just the start but it's a main ingredient to the final results.
The question now is, what's my starting stone?, well it isn't far fetched, the start is mainly just making up your mind about the matter, not tossed here and there with wavering thoughts, your mind is now fixed on exactly what to pursue. Its the power of focus, we are to employ, as it helps channel much force in just a particular area thereby causing an undeniable effect thereof. Another foundational stone, might just be waking up to the task, no more longer hours in bed, now there's a job to be done. You plan and execute. The empire doesn't signify a building, this I know you are aware of, it signifies that future you have so desired, that life you have been praying and hoping for, its the empire of your heart, only now you aren't just waiting for luck to shine forth, or coincidence bring in your desires. No, rather its now a deliberate actions you are taking with your empire in view.
Every foundation has a starting stone, it doesn't do much, it doesn't mean the building has been completed, in fact many other stones too would be laid, many irons and zinc and aluminum and the likes would be laid, but yet it starts by laying down one stone to show we have officially started, we have now begun the process, have you laid the founding stone today? Have you made up your mind to your seating ambitions? Your dreams are a castle but stone by stone builds the castle. Lay your stone today.

Normalize exercising your power of choice, moreover its your life and its you who should be dominating it not anyone or anything else. Choice is the one gift of life given to us to express our supremacy and will power, the moment you cannot say no to things or people out of fear its no longer you in control, and that's not a live worth living. Every step you take should be one you can boldly beat your chest and defend, yes I did that, yes I said that or No I won't do that, No leave me alone, every and any decision you make should be a you concluded action and not triggered by fear of anyone or anything. People use fear as a means to control a situation or a foreseen occurrence, if you can control the person, then you can control the action.
Fear can have its positive side when channeled to the right course, similarly fear can be used negatively to suppress and oppress someone, to make them do ones biding, we no longer live in a military regime, and we thank God for that improvement to life, but yet many have found ways to instigate fear so that they can stay on top. Fear is the forerunner to failure, failure in great aspect of life, failure to stand, failure to be bold, failure to come out, failure to do it, all because of fear.
Come on say no to fear today. Say No to fear, think with me on this pattern, what's the worst that can happen? Most of your fear should be gone once you can ask that question and reason the response being true to yourself. Funnily most people fear is to be laughed at, can you believe that, you don't want people to laugh at you. People laugh at you for no good reason, you can't stop them from being amused, same way you see something amusing in a person from just close watch, your focus rather should be in the pursuit of your dreams rather than the shame of people's response.
If you can see where you are headed to, then you will care less about the bad road. Rather than fear the humiliation, you should fear coming into this world and living for many years and not once did you actualize your dreams, that is the real failure. Imagine an award is to be given at the end of every life spent (which I believe would be so) what would your reason be for not grabbing one? Fear that someone would laugh at you, how absurd it is to be shy in the era of life, the fear that someone would fight you to it, seriously and its not a military regime., the fear of failure, but then you have officially failed and can't make amends. There's no logical reason to allow fear take over your life and judgement, there's a lot to offer and take from life, life on its own isn't smiling nor is it angry, so we shape it the way we want to see it, make a step today. Say No to fear.
There are some occurrences we have permitted in our lives and they are only raising sadness and anger in our hearts, how long would it be allowed to continue, I feel its time to take full control over the happenings in your life, remember I always say, life doesn't give you what you desire, rather it gives you what you demand, its about time we start placing demands on what we want and how we want it to be, enough of handing over the control pad to someone or something else, control what gets to you, since you can't control what happens around you, you can very much be in control of what happens within you. Learn to say No to people and events you don't want. It's your life remember. To mention but a few, below are quite a number of things we must learn to say No to.
*In a bad relationship say No, I won't continue.
*In that regular pattern that steals your joy, say No, this has to stop.
*In that habit or addiction that makes you a mockery to others say No, today it ends.
*To that Person you love so much, but keeps hurting you say No I deserve better.
*To a world of poverty and lack, say No I must be wealthy.
*To that bully that makes you cry constantly, say No, One day must end everything, today is that day.
